My female cousin recently toured Europe....I'm not trying to be perverted because she is my cousin but she is a very good looking young girl. What I'm getting at is the fact that everybody always seems to try to help her and are so very nice. She went to several different places and one place (Italy) that is known for pick pockets and she didn't have any trouble. She sort of just breezes through things. Is this because she is good looking?

Well, in most basic of answers, yes. Of course there are many reasons why a person would be nicer to someone, but the likelihood of having people be nice to you etc does rise with good looks.

On Dr. Phil, his son Jay dressed up as a fat ugly person and walked through the mall. He went to certain stores blah blah, and just about everyone was incredibly mean to him. Later he came in as himself (which people may find attractive), and revisited the same stores, and people were ALOT nicer to him - in a very noticable way.

Yes, of course. Kind of sucks, doesn't it?

Good looking guys do sort of get the same treatment (not to the same extent as women, but it is there). I heard on the radio that someone did a study where prisoners were given a choice of either free education or plastic surgery. The ones who got the surgery to improve their appearance were less likely to return to prison. The implication seemed to be that being good looking helped one go through life, so these people no longer needed to commit crimes to survive. Of course, another study suggested that good looking people were less likely to be convicted by a jury of a crime in the first place (unless the alleged crime involved looks, like prostitution or swindling, then the odds were reversed).

We have the saying easy on the eyes for a reason. If a person is easy on the eyes, then the beholder is easy to do whatever it takes to keep the beauty around.

No!! The beauty of the body wont matter but the beauty of the heart matter, the kindness, etc.
