What's a good, quick way to get amped? For some reason, I tend to be tired a lot of the time (though I'm not depressed) and I just tend to not be very motivated or inspired. I just want to wake up in the morning and just say, "Yes! I'm going to take on the day".

I only ask, because in a couple of songs I listen to regularly on KLOVE, a Christian radio station mention this.
Example "Who Am I?" by Casting Crowns:
Who am I, that the Lord of all the earth
Would care to know my name
Would care to feel my hurt
Who am I, that the Bright and Morning Star
Would choose to light the way
For my ever wandering heart
Is it also a reference to Christ or am I missing something here? I guess this is one of the things that has bugged me a while and want answered.

Okay my friends calls black people the n-word. I don't get offended for some reason, because most of the time the black people were doing something that would piss her off. I didn't stand up to her when she said stuff about the black people and I'm mostly black. Yet when she says stuff about white people I get offended. My grandmother was a quarter white. I'm like on six percent white. I always stand up for the white people. In addition, I don't feel black. I was raised in a mostly white, asian and hispanic neighborhood. most of the black kids don't really consider me black. I only have four black friends. Sometimes i find myself thinking I'm latino. I've hung around with hispanics so long i know spanish well. I speak with the spanish accent. I do my hair and makeup the way a hispanic girl does. All my friends are hispanic. My preference is for hispanic or white guys. am i confused?

I am a Christian, but feel ashamed by those who share my faith, yet do not use the mind God gave them. Around the world Christians accept what science is and how it works, but here in the USA the majority know little about what science is and how it explains the world around us.
In science theories are used to explain facts; observed facts (fossil sequences, comparative DNA, homology, embryology) are explained by a theory called Evolutionary Biology.
Science itself cannot say anything about the existence or non-existence of God or anything supernatural since that is the realm of theology and not science, yet instead of educating themselves I have found many of my fellow Christians remaining ignorant about science, incredulous of its methods, and willing to deceive themselves and others about many fields of science (geology, physics, chemistry, biology) and even mathematics in order to attack Evolutionary Biology while proving they cannot even correctly define said theory.

My 5 1/2 yr old special needs son passed away in May. A few days after returning home from the funeral, my best friend called and said she dreamt about him. She said that the 3 of us were sittting in my livingroom watching tv and my son was sitting in his rocking chair, smiling. She looked at me for a minute, and when she looked back, he was gone. She got up, went into the kitchen, and saw a white dove sitting on the windowsill. That is when her phone woke her. Does anyone know what this means? I've been praying for something to ease my pain, let me know he is at peace. Thank you for your answers in advance (and sorry if this is in the wrong category, didn't really know where to put it)

Walking faster, he looks back and through the fog he makes out the image of an upright casket banging its way down the middle of the street toward him.
