At school I am reutinley forced to attend the christmas and easter services. I have no choice in the matter same as every other pupil in my school. I attend a state school which contains people from all faiths.

Is it right that in school's such as mine we should be forced to attend these services?

I think christians are the most brain washed, deceptive, closed minded people I have ever met but this world is a better place because of them. Most of them support love and treating people right, which is great. If only they werent so nuts and god fearing everyone would be christians. If christanity was all about treating people right instead "god will melt your flesh off with fire if you dont obey what a group of guys (who thought the world was flat and kings were decendents of god) wrote 2000 years ago, then the most of the world would be a happy and joyful place.

Not sure, but thought the bible has been rewrote so many times it isn't funny. I know that King James broke off from the Catholic church due to him wanting to be able to get a divorce? If so, should people really follow a bible produced from some a tyrant? I also, heard that the Catholics kept the scrolls from everyone at one time, and produced a bible out of the scrolls. Can someone clear all this up for me?

Do you think that the general public is acting parallel to the same as 1930's-40's Nazi dislike of the jews which led to the jews being persecuted. A certain section of society has been singled out and words of attack grow daily against vulnerable members of society namely muslim women.
It reminds me of people who questioned, how could the germans hate a certain people? when in reality even at home the dehumanising of a segment of society proves real in the UK today.
It is scarey that people can turn against weak members of society.

Speaking in tongues freaks me out. I know that God gave people the ability to speak other languages when preaching to people in lands foriegn to their own but could someone please give me some verses to back up the claim that gibberish which nobody in the world can understand is of God? I can not find anything to supprot it in the Word of God. Serious answers only please. I am not critisizing those who speak in tongues. I am just searching for answers and truth.

i still believe it is both morally and religiously wrong to have sex before marriage and i intend not to have sex till i get married. i mean think about it, sleeping wiv every guy u go out with!!! but just recently, my boyfriend told me it doesn't work like that in this modern world and that he hasn't met anyone who actually thinks like that now. all i want to know is, are there people out there especially single women who think like me or is he right?

There was this house i saw a program on tv along time ago. It was said that the women that was having it built went mad and told the contracters to build it a different way to conffuse the evil thing that was following her. There were stairs leading to no were and doors that would open to nothing. Are there any idea on the name of this house and the location?
