I've thought about joining about 4 different religions now. I can't decide which one I should believe in. And on other things, I don't believe on any of it. To this point, I feel like I almost should make my own combo-religion and follow on that... What you all think of it? Current religions or Neo-religions?

I think its funny that christians have absolutely no clue what it means to be a non-christian. Let me let you in on a secret. That means we DONT belive in all that. You might as well tell people they will get horned in the back by a unicorn. Ill say it once again. We dont belive in those things. Is just wierd how you threaten people will hell, like you some kind of god. Get over yourself and realise that people are different.

I don't know if it's me or what,but lately all i hear about is this race thing, white girls saying that black women are stealing their best white men, i'm not racist,but isn't that what they been doing? i don't know why people are making such a big fuss over black women and white men together, i think it's cute and i don't see anything wrong with white women and black men either, so why are white girls offended about the whole black girl white guy thing, it's starting to really work my nerves because black people are not racist like white people think we are, black people are more accepting of others than any other race and people never see the good thing about us always the bad, like the whole thing about black girls and attitudes...come on every girl has an attitude...so people should stop trying to bring black women down and give us some credit.

I was raised a Christian. I studied Judaism for about 10 years and almost converted. Those 10 years were hellish in my household, because my mom couldn't stand that I wasn't a Christian. Then, I had doubts about Judaism, and the literalness of the Bible, etc. I started to go to church again, and mom was thrilled of course. But in the meantime, I have become a Hindu. Mom has no idea, and I refuse to tell her, because I can't stand to go through that hell again. If she was that upset over me being Jewish, can you imagine her reaction to me being Hindu, which she knows next to nothing about?
Ok, today was Diwali, and since I'm at home (even though I'm 31) I didn't get to do anything in celebration. It has made me sad. I feel hindered from my worship of God because of having to hide all forms of my religious expression from Mom.

I recently attended a Catholic Church, and I really felt the presence of God there. Even though I'm a Hindu, I accept Christianity as a valid way of

are people without a belief...(the most looked down upon people) atheists...are they brain dead and living by what they heard from someone...and just going with it...Likes..for the time being its easier living without thinking?

I like to lie to them about loving them, so I can get gifts from them. I only last about 5 minutes in bed. I don't like foreplay. I don't pay for dates. I like to stay over at her place so I can save money on my water and electric bills. I have bedbugs, but I don't tell her and let her sleep on my bed. I spend all my money on video games. I am not trying to offend anyone.I just read this and thought it was so cute,It is about a christain women and a atheist man and thier arguments,I thought of theYA and thought it would be cute to send.
There's a little old Christian lady living next door to an atheist. Every morning the lady comes out onto her front porch and shouts"Praise the Lord!".
The atheist yells back,"There is no God".
She does this every morning with the same result.As time goes on, the lady runs into financial difficulties and has trouble buying food.She goes out onto the porch and asks God for help with groceries, then says "Praise the Lord".
The next morning she goes out onto the porch and there's the groceries she asked for,and of course,she shouts"Praise the Lord!".
The atheist jumps out from behind a bush and says,"Ha I bought those groceries-there is no God".
The lady looks at him and smiles,she shouts"Praise the Lord,not only did you provide for me Lord, you made the devil pay for it..

I don't care if homosexuality is an abomination according to you. I don't want you coming here to yell at me for mentioning it, so please don't. I'd just like to know why God says it would be wrong for me to love another woman. Is God really not the all-forgiving lord we know him to be? seriously asking: there are many debates on the interpretation of verses in the Bible. that the text has been altered according to the translator is often brought up.

is this true? have words and meanings been changed through translation? and if it is true, how should the Bible be interpreted? does it change the way the Bible should be read?

again: not trying to challenge anyone. some say that the Bible is the absolute word of God and others that it is the words of God or prophets secondhand from humans (with the human allowance for error and bias). it can't be both (can it?). so now i wonder, which is it?
