Depends on the age of people going. Young kids, probably about 8:30-9:00. Older kids, 9:30-10:00,

Crazy teenagers, stay out as late as possible because some people will just get tired and go to bed, leaving the leftover candy on the doorstep for anyone to take!

In this city trick or treat hours are from 6 to 8 PM. Halloween is usually on a school night and answering the door every five minutes for 2 hours is long enough.

My town has a curfew on Halloween to "avoid any issues". Trick or Treaters are supposed to be done by like 8:00...

lol when i used to go i would stay out until 10 and after that egging houses and stuff...i miss the good old days...this year im guessing just staying in and watch movies... so yeah the answer is the most at 10 for kids arround 10-13 and 9:30 for little kids that need to be supervised

Yes, 9 or 10 PM. Most children are in bed by 10pm, and to make it worse Halloween is on a school night, sad but true.

i used to go whenever it started to get dark. sometimes 8:00-10:00. lol i used to get alots of candy. but i usualyl stopped around 10:00 because thats when people start to go to sleep

9 is too late. Many people have kids that need to go to school the next day and adults have to go to work. I say 8 PM is cut off time.

I always had mine home by 9:00-(;30 the latest,by then their little legs are so tired,always got stuck caring one home and both bags,because they would be loaded!LOL!Their older now,I miss those days,enjoy them sweety,they go by to fast!Hollywood
