I'm nt rasist byt its hard 4 me to live where i do.98% of my city is whit populated.i feel uncomfortable and out of place,it hurts me really bad and i take this seriously.i have on about 5 blk friends and if it wasnt 4 them i would be a wht grl in blk skin,people here play with words tht hurt me,when i was inthe 3rd-5th grade,i was the only blk in my class and once,my sister (twin) and i were the only blks in our grade.i feel......i just need help,wat should i do,i just need some support or advice

My boyfriend is Jewish, and I am Catholic. I am wanting to bring him home with me for Christmas this year, but he has said that being at a "Christmas celebration" would make him uncomfortable. In my family, Christmas isn't at all about the religious aspects - it is mostly just a good reason to have a family reuinion once a year. Does anyone have any ideas/experiences on how I could make the holiday season enjoyable for both of us?

We've all heard of Moses, right? Along with other famous people in history, like Jesus or Mohammad. But their histories are different. Moses whom is known in all three religions, Christianity, Judaism, and Islam had been born in Egypt. But his family had descended from Joseph whose Jewish followers had been on rocky terms with God for quite a while. They were put into slavery by the Egyptians then freed by Moses.

When he was born, his life was at risk. The pharoah had decreed that all Jewish newborns were to be killed. In order to "save" her son, Jocheved put him into the Nile river. Most mothers that hear their newborn sons are to be killed, don't run to nearest river to send them away. Jocheved's actions are quite questionable. Was it for the betterment of Moses's life to be dropped into the Nile, or was it simply that she had the intent to kill him, thinking that drowning wasn't fast enough and death by starvation and thirst (irony: being in water by not able to drink it)?

I pretended to speak in tongues with an interpreter to test the credibility of this practice. I just said a bunch of baby talk gibberish and the interpreter told me about the conversation I just had with god. He tried to read me like a fake psychic and basically made up a bunch of BS. I know what is making us materialistic but why can't people see that what is happening is a bad thing? They go around mindless like animals to the mall and similar places. Then people with good jobs complain about taxes and how they don't make enough money. Why can't they see that they are spending to much on unnesesary stuff like SUVs and large houses? (I'm not picking on anybody in general and am not saying the mall is a bad thing or anything like that.)

I never have a problem figuring out what I want to be for Halloween but this year I do! HELP! They are giving 100 bucks to the best dressed at work and I want to win it! I am completely open to ANY ideas.. the more outrageous/funny the better! As long as it doesn't include anything slutty (corporate environment) - I'm good to go! HELP ME! I need something that NOBODY would ever choose! BTW - I'm a female - but male based costumes are fine. I one with Pee Wee Herman last year!

Once as a youngster I cleared the area when I put my feet on the back of the chair in front of me and let out a very loud fart. They all moved away. What else would you suggest for those situations when some bonehead sits by you rather that in one of the other 200 empty seats?
