Jesus' church is an invisible, living and breathing organism comprised of individual believers in Christ. Jesus is the head of that church.
If you are referring to Modern Christianity's attempt to increase their coffers then the end result with be the same as the beginning.
As far as what does Jesus think of homosexuals running his church goes... that question implies that Jesus is a homosexual.

Jesus is fine with them as long as they keep their hands off the choir boys. Jesus isn't fine with Pat Robertson trying to conjure up a hurricane to destroy Orlando. That guys on his way down. You know what I'm saying.

I think he would be humane and love people for who they are - not what they are. What the hell difference does it make anyway? They are there to carry on the faith - not change people's sexual orientation.
Ps - why the hell do some brainless, uneducated, bigoted morons automatically assume that because someone is gay, they are automatically paedophiles? Grow up.
