'1924 U.S. Government declares Native Americans to be U.S .citizens" page B-55 of The Wabanakis of Maine and the Maritimes. according to the same source , Maine "Indians "gained the right to vote in state elections in 1967 . .....Of course, Native Americans hane been citizens of America for countless generations. but they were not recognized by the US and many state governments. I could write a lot more, but it would tend to not be very polite.....

They are NATIVE AMERICANS, they don't need citizenship! We (all who came later) should have to get citizenship from them!
