There would be ample evidence in both my words and deeds. If my persecutors were interested in looking for the truth, they'd also find ample evidence that I have tried fervently to live a good, honest, honorable, and useful life as a secular Humanist. I am not ashamed of who I am or what I stand for.

Do you think it's possible to be an atheist martyr?
Just being funny.
There would be no controversy, no religions, no religious wars, no terrorists if any evidence existed, everyone would believe the same stuff.
So, no, there is no evidence to convict you.
Guess it depends on how you define evidence.

well first of all you can't get arrested for being an atheist in the United States. i don't think you can prove that somebody is an atheist ; because their is no hard evidence to make you guilty.

If I was arrested for being an atheist then that would mean that freedom of religion is no more.
The evidence would be your lack of forebearance to follow the law.
I like atheists. Atheists tend to be intelligent people asking intelligent questions.
Sincerely,

I guess in a god based government you wouldn't need evidence.
Bring out the Spanish Inquisition - I'll confess to anything....

In a society that arrested you for being an athiest... do you think they'd care about evidence?
I imagine it'd be more like the old witch trials.

After I got done wondering what the **** country I moved to? I'd probably plead guilty, no evidence necessary.
