yet, sometimes, snobish, I am better than you attitude...what do you think goes throught their minds when choosing a long cigarette...is it to project a sexy, sophisticated image or are there other reasons...I am not interested in whether or not you think smoking is right or wrong...just what women's attitudes are that smoke 120 length cigarettes....is it an intentional image choice or what is it?

isnt it more logical that someone should read a book , then make an informed educated decision on its contect
in the same respect ... has any Christian read other works of religion ( outwith their own )
if not why not ?... wouldnt it be more logical to become a Christian

We are having a football themed party for our son's first birthday in November. The party is going to be during the Eagles game on Sunday. If everyone who is invited shows, there will be 5 kids (including my 1 year old) and 25 adults. I would like to serve alcohol (beer and wine) but my husband says it is innappropiate for a children's birthday party. I say that it is a party for our son, but the adults want to have a good time too. Please give me your thoughts.

I have always been attracted to men and am married to a man, but recently I have started feeling somewhat attracted to women also. I have kissed a woman (a couple actually), in a drunken moment, and had dreams of me being with women, but nothing beyond that. Am I bi or just curious?

Do you have to wear turtle neck shirts or potatoe sacks to cover all of your chest? Or can you show a little bit of skin just below the collar bone but covering your cleavage?

Suggestions?

Reflection Philosophical of Tarcisio? It says that the Universe starts in the conscience and finishes it in the unconscious one. You agree.

If we understand that a person loses, beyond the five senses, the consciousness? One only vegetates and when one dies, all the information in the brain is destroyed.
What would be the human illusionism that makes us believe in spirits, souls, saints and other abstracts that are not only based on DNA and RNA genetics (formed by billions of chemical bases) in the parents, passed on to their children?

i'm obsessed with this thought. i don't ever want to be born again into this world. i am a Catholic (I try to be) so I don't believe in reincarnation but this really scares me. Not the judgement day but when my time comes I want to be done with life here for good.

what do you think about reincarnation, etc...

thanks

I have been to several interviews lately, and I have noticed that many of the interviewers are usually not very impressed with my credentials. I have wanted to ask them more than once why I was invited to the interview in the first place, but preferred not to because I don't want them to say *that* was the reason I did not get the job.

Any ideas as to why they do this? I imagine they try to make the point that I am unqualified for the job in order to rationalize the fact that they just did not like my accent, or my clothes, or my haircut, or my attitude. Otherwise why waste their time interviewing unqualified applicants? I am not a psychologist, so that's just a thought.

Over and over if you read my questions-i explain truth and quote the bible-which both are suppose to believe-yet they say-it doesnt matterr-one Jewish person says I dont care if Jesus is the messiah I wont believe in him-Moslems many have prayed along with alot of my Jewish people and let Jesus in their heart to be their personal Messiah, friend and savior too, but
some just wont see the truth-many muslims say "I dont care what Jesus says-or Jesus lied when he said His word will never change or pass away, or its ok to kill christians or its not ok but wont see what Jesus says and what the predictions are- Jesus said i and my father are one!

Isaiah said "Unto us a child is born, a SON is given and he will be the prince of peace, God almighty, the everlasting father, and the wonderful counselor." Isaiah 9:6

One Jewish person says it cant be Jesus cause it says everlasting father-Jesus said I and my father are one-Hello
Look up Isaiah 52vs13-53vs12 it tells us Jesus is Messiah
