No. I think it was Churchill who said, "For evil to triumph, it is sufficient that good people do *nothing*.
Even if you choose to remain passive, it's a choice. If you're not actively doing good, evil is going to take over your patch.

You can never refrain from all evil or do all good. It's part of our sinful nature. The only way to Heaven is Jesus Christ.

Everybody should live a life that doesn't harm others and try to make the world a better place. This has to do more with common sense than religion.

Much of the evil in the world is simply failure to do good when it is in one's power to do it.

If u do not do Evil is good, but if u do more than good and do much good, that is good, so do good than do not do Evil.lol

No it isn't enough. Not doing evil creates no karma-only doing good pays off the debt of past karma. If you want to grow and evolve spiritually you need to be pro-active in doing good to others.

all of our works are as filthy rags apart from Jesus Christ. Only accepting Him as your savior will be of any benefit. HE alone makes you worthy of eternal life. IN HIM WE LIVE AND MOVE AND HAVE OUR BEING
