this is my ex boyfriends new motto. He said it to our 3 yr old daughter today when she accidentally ran into the guinea pig cage. First off it wasn;t relevant to the situation, second of all I don;t think you should call a child dumb for hurting herself, and thirdly, its just a stupid saying. And he claims he says it to everyone! Do you think this "motto" is as dumb as I think it is?

I am an engineer and have researched science, biology, evolution, philosophy, and general paradigms of life. I was not raised in a Christian home, grew to hate Christians, and was suddenly touched by some unseen force one night and became a Christian. Instead of following the media and society I researched the idea of God, and the truth of Jesus in all the above areas, and came to one conclusion based on my findings and feelings (which came from somewhere else) Jesus existed as God does. Who can offer a valid argument. Understand that if you give an answer with no backing or something that has nothing to do with this, I will fully disregard your reply. Act mature. God Bless.

From the biblical account of Jesus' life it certainly appears that he was literate. Why did he not write a Gospel in his own words? His life was the single most important life in the history of mankind, it seems he would want that documented with no room for error or misinterpretation over time. How can we be sure the writers of the New Testament were entirely accurate? (BTW, It's a matter of faith is not a good answer.)

Im moving to England from Ireland in January. I have alot of family there and I was born in London but have been living here in Ireland since I was a child. Im moving with my partner and my 2 yr old daughter. Our jobs are already sorted but what else do I need to know about. Is there forms I need to fill in. How do I claim for child benefit. Who do I tell that we are moving, how do I apply for health cover etc etc. Do I need to sort this out before I go? I am visiting in December to sort out accomodation. Id appreciate anyone that can help. Thanks

A lot of people in my school call me gay. I sometimes think they do it because i have a lot of friends who are girls than boys, but i get along with the girls better. Other people say that because i am too smart and in my school, they think a boy should just play sports, but i hate sports and are horrible at them, and everyone makes fun of me because of that. The school is very sexist. Even the new kids think i am gay! After a while it gets to you, and i am really irritated!!!

if so, do you not watch the news every night? that is worse in my eyes at times.

We assume (at least some of us) that Heaven, Hell or Purgatory is next. What if we've already lived, and now we're in Purgatory, and all the **** that we are dealing with: War, poverty, murder, greed, suffering, hunger is all just a part of life here in Purgatory?

It's much easier to grab it when it's put in the roll & you pull it over. It's one of my pet peeves when I go to somebody's house. I've even changed the roll & done it over.

"Do you also know, that there are "miraculous" passages in the bible that state scientific facts before they were ever discovered? for example it is said MANY times in the old testament that blood is the life, and is necessary. Seems natural to us, but in midieval times, blood was drained from many because it was believed it was NOT necessary for life but actually made you healthier. Many died. If you really want to post a worthy question, do the research first."

I know the person made typos but that's not important. What is important is this. Just because some silly Europeans decided they would experiment by draining peoples blood, does that mean that they didn't know that the blood was vital?

I don't know about you, but I'm pretty sure after all the hundreds of wars they figured out that when you cut the guy and all of his blood fell out he wouldn't get back up.

Or does it really take God to tell us that?
