good question, if in fact there is a battle, then one would expect they die, however angels cannot die, this is a mystery.

Angels never die.
If your soul became angelic, you would never die too. Your body dies and goes to earth; your angelic soul soars up to the spiritual worlds of God as taught by His Divine Messengers. We cannot see those spiritual worlds because of the veil of light, like the angelic baby in the womb of her mother cannot see this world because of the veil of flesh. If God gave her the power to see and the free will to choose, would she agree to wait for such a long period of nine months!

Angels are already dead so to speak. They live in heaven and are immortal. Most christian religions are taught that when a human dies and goes to heaven they too become angels.
a reward for living a good moral life.

angels do not die. BUT, since angels have seen God, if they choose to disobey, there is no salvation for them and they do go straight to hell. it says that angels desire to look into the things of man. they dont know what it is like to be human.

Angels don't die like people do. They are spirits.... part of the spirit realm. Fallen angels will join satan in hell... or the bottomless pit... All other angels will continue serving God for all eternity.

Um angels are immortal so theydon't die. If people die and go to heaven they achieve immortality. If they go to hell and die there they probably cease to exist.

The good angels live forever and the bad ones are not dead yet.
That is where all the problems are coming from.
when God destroys them they are just gone. Never to be anymore. the bible calls it the second death or the lake of fire meaning complete destruction.
