I know English. I can understand it pretty well, since a little girl I have taken English as my second language. My problem is speaking it. I speak my native language all the time with people and don't really use it to have a normal conversation with people. I can understand it and write it pretty well, but when suddenly I have to speak in English, like on the phone for example I get tongue tied.

I don't know if this has to do with shyness, afraid of not saying right, or not being accustomed to speak in English all the time, but I would like to improve it since I am planning to go to the U.S in the future and I want to fit in with no problems.

Is there a creative way to improve the way I speak in English. I don't have time nor money to spend money on a class. My college offers one, but one class isn't enough for me to learn.

anyways... where can i find more quotes or learn about it over the net? i have no clue how it works. is it a book? is it something i have to attend every sunday? does it believe in a supreme being?

what if all you religious people are being misled and you really are doing the devils work and not gods.don't it say do not ? my word.cause maybe you might find out the truth.cause i tell you when i see a picture of people in a church it gives me an evil feeling i will never step foot in a church again too freaky for me remember the devil will turn things around to fool you...........i have no means to offend anybody its my opinion an we all have a right to that.waiting to read your nasty come backs most will be from so called good christians im sure.thanks 4 your time to answer

Should I let my family know I have social anxiety and depression?
I am 21 and I was wondering if I should tell my family and how they will react to it.They are well mannered Christian people. I want to tell them because they keep asking me how come I stay home most of the time and don't have better job? How come I don't have a girlfriend yet? How come I don't socialize with people much? They just don't have any idea how hard for me is to even leave the house.I get intense panic attacks all the time in social situations.I can barely drive in a traffic now or go to the store.And I am depressed most of the time. Should I tell them or not?What you think and why?

I used to have a web log, and recently, someone who stabbed me in the back earlier this year, had her friends place really sick insults and threats on my blog. By doing that, it confirmed that she stole or copied private info of myself and family (buisiness wise) I can handle a lot, no whimp what so ever, believe me, but just to beat the S**t out of her, is not the way of handling this, as she would have that against me, I want the truth out of her, but what's the best way of achieving that. I want to keep my cool, and make her look like the person she is, and make her apologize in public! (threats of hurting my animals, etc!) I know the comments came from her friends as they didn't hide that. It's really hard to control myself, and yes I did go to the police etc. but it keeps on knawing in my mind! HELP
