In the next 3 or 4 years there will be a shortage of workers. There will be less people paying social security tax when the baby boomers retire. This is partly due to the abortion on demand.

Christmas at our house is usually an orgy of toys for our daughter. My grandmother goes crazy and there is a pile of presents which she marks from Santa. My daughter is very appreciative, but I know grandma isn't going to be with us forever, and when that time comes I don't want my daughter to wonder why Santa doesn't bring the big pile of loot. I would also like my daughter to know how generous her grandma is and thank her for the things.

We have tried different things over the years, but this year I would like to have one or two big things come from Santa and the rest be marked from whoever is actually giving the gifts. We have also tried opening the grandparent presents on Christmas Eve and the Santa presents on Christmas Day; that was the best so far.

What have you done to try to make the season less greedy and more meaningful? Is that even a realistic expectation?

Christmas was so much simpler when we were kids!!

Pretty simple, straight-forward question. This includes ALL deities -- no YHVH, no Lord & Lady, no God & Goddes, no Zeus, etc.

I love human passion. I know these old men that fly these radio contolled air-planes...they go on and on about it, they have "passion"..and it's just plain fun to watch them and enjoy their "passion"

Near my home there is a park where these 5-6 year olds were practicing karate, they were really cute in their white robes. I was just kinda watching them and then these 3 boy's rode up on their bikes and they started yelling out these noises like..wahhhhh...waaaaaaa...they were making fun of these kids for their "passion" of learning something...being apart of something.

Why in the human mind do some want to make fun of those who have "passion" for something, I've seen many adults do the same thing. Is it just plain jealousy...envy, anger, insecurity

What is this...and why?

In the 50s there were 33 workers for everyone collecting social security. Now there are almost 3 workers for everyone collecting social security. We have lost a couple generations of potential wage earners due to abortion.

I have an interview with a non-profit organization and I was wondering is there a certain way to dress on an interview with a place like this. I mean I just don't think it would be ok to walk in there wearing a $5000 suit. Not that I own one but if I did it just seems wrong to wear it to a job interview there. What do y'all think?

If it isn;t YOUR husband then its really none of your business. Isn't that the problem with everything these days, everybody is always getting into everybody elses business. If it has nothing to do with you, leave it alone. How many people agree, and how many people think I am a stupid slut for daring to have an opinion?

"... at the end of the street"; "at the end of the article"; both are with "at" preposition. Give me examples, please, of similar constructions using "in the" expression.

Is "at the Acacia street" or "in the Acacia street" or even "on the Acacia street" the correct one?

Could you do that? Please?

Explain cows and the domesticated dog. Both species were created by man from ancient aurochs and wolves due to hundreds (perhaps thousands) of years of selective breeding. Also, if man can create new species, why can't natural selection?
