I am a firm believer that when you look at someone's eyes you're looking at their souls, so share with me what my question inpires you to answer me.

I was addicted to this site but lately I find that I do not log on as often. I'm wondering if it's the new format ( with no logging of recent activities) or maybe the questions are no longer interesting. How do you feel about it?

Some of you don't realize I lost my wife, whom I'd shared my life with for over ten years, to cancer in August.

Hard enogh to hold a heart that's been torn apart like hamburger, but to offer it up like a small child with a macaroni picture, and have others callously step on it, brings new meaning to the word "pain".

I don't expect all I had with my wife, wouldn't be fair to anyone. But oh to have that shoulder to cry on once again, that understanding smile that says volumes with silence, so many little things to show I'm loved and cherished.

It is hard to go back to a life where I'm just a poor stupid ant, a nobody to everybody.

To have to prove myself all over again, because I'm nothing more than a stranger, not someone's beloved husband anymore...

It is hard to find the strength to love and trust others when they're wearing hob-nailed boots and cynicism is dripping from their fingers...

I found out tonight that my elderly neighbors do not turn on their heat in the winter because they cannot afford it. They spend close to 900 dollars a month on medications that they have to have. She was telling me that she has the new Medicare part D plan and that they are in the donut hole now. I work in healthcare and I know this is a problem among the elderly but it breaks my heart. I do not have a lot of money to help them pay for them either but I want to help them in any way that I can. I want to rest assured that they have heat this winter before it gets cold. What can I do?

I have noticed that every little statement ticks Muslims off. If a Muslim were to tell a Christian that Jesus was just a prophet why does the Christian not get ticked off. If anger is not of God or Allah if you like, why are we not expressing peace? If a Christian were to tell a Muslim that he does not believe and does not want to have anything to do with Islam and believes that it is all just a big lie then the Muslim will get very ticked off. If a Muslim were to tell a Christian that Islam is the one and only and if (he/she) does not convert to Islam (he/she) might go to hell (or whatever the Muslims view as the place of condemnation) the Christian would normally pray for the person and leave peacefully. Can we not all get along?

In the Hebrew Scriptures it is stated that the Creator never changes.
Now, if I understand this fact I know there is no way a Bible thumping Christian that believes the lies of their religion will be in the Kingdom.
Christian by their owns words believe that a savior came and "did it all for them".
This lie is contrary to every thing written in the Holy Scriptures.
It sound GOOD. Only thing wrong with it is it's a lie from the God of this world. 2 Cor.4:4
In that Bible you read in Rev.22:14 it is stated that the only ones who will be allowed into that Kingdom are those that keep the very
commandments your preachers say are no long in effect.
Think about it.

I'm curious if any Christians know what the word "Christ" means, what language it originates from, and what the original word is.
