It's amazing how much corporate and educational America teaches that "we must have a goal and a purpose" for whatever they are about. Every where you look there are mission statements and goal statements and objective statements, etc. With all that focus on a purpose, isn't it amazing that it never really gets down to the individual and his/her life? Oh yes, an individual person can have short term and long term goals for careers or family or education or finances or hobbies or exercise, etc. Perhaps you have some for yourself regarding these things. But the question remains, WHAT ABOUT YOUR ENTIRE LIFE - WHAT IS THE ULTIMATE PURPOSE TO THAT??? Are you going to take, trophies or bank accounts or homes or cars or careers or family members or pleasure or "fun" times, with you after you die? What will your life mean after you die?

tell their neighbors what kinds of flowers to plant in their front yard ...or what kind of car to buy....or where to send their children to school why do they feel it's perfectly OK to "instruct" them about their religious beliefs or lack of religious beliefs? Shouldn't we respect a persons choice even if they greatly differ from our own?

I think inmates have it way to comfortable in prisons theses days. They are allowed TV, education, gymnasium, sex visits, cigarretes and even porn.
I don't want part of my hard earned money to go to the care of some criminal or rapist.

why are there people that "are not turly amish"? this is just not right. how can one not truly be what they've suposedly devoted they're whole life to? why would you go to the major grocery store in town and buy concentrated frozen orange juice if you were at all amish? you're either amish, or you're not amish. and if these people that are walking around that are driving their metros, and smoking cigarattes can wear one of those funny hats, than so can i. give me one.

last year i was out driving in the middle of nowhere, and this little girl, playing out by an amish farm, in amish clothes, was barefoot playing with a KOOSH BALL, she acidently threw it into the street, and we stoped so she could grab it, she ran out into the street in front of our car, grabed her toy, and ran up to her SINGLEWIDE TRAILER and went inside. WTF?! you are either amish, or not amish. you shouldent be "only some amish" like in other Yahoo! questions i've read that were asked several months ago.

where can i find a good web site to learn japanese. i watch alot of anime and its all in japanese. i read the subtitles. at night when i sleep i can hear the words in my mind. and slowly i am remembering the mean. at this point in time i have listen to about more 100 hours of japanese.

"It is apointed unto man once to die, and then the judgement ? My only explination is that death only comes when the silver cord (if youre familiar with it) of the soul breaks. Maybe the soul of the baby only left the body for a period of time, and was ready to come back to life. yep....he was the "New Kid in Town" and he got a room at the "Hotel California". That is where he met his "Witchy Woman". She gave him such a "Peaceful Easy Feeling". One night they got into a fight and he told his friend "James Dean" I've got a "Heartache Tonight". James told him to "Get Over It' and talk to her. So he went back to the Hotel and told her "One of These Nights" you won't be able to hide your "Lying Eyes." She quit living her "Life in the Fastlane". Now they live on "Seven Bridges Road" where they tell each other "Love Will Keep Us Alive" while watching their "Tequila Sunrise". The End.
