No, it is not the same thing at all. If it were, the entire Sistene chapel would be covered in porn. Nudity has held a place in art for a long time. It is often misunderstood as sexual, when actually it isn't.

It is generally considered porn when the picture either depicts a sexual act (i.e. between 2 or more persons or possibly an act of masturbation) or is perhaps in a vulgar pose.

So, NO not necessarily, a nude is generally just erotic or perhaps simply artistic.

It is all a matter of opinion. Legally, porn is graphic sex and nudity without sex is art.
