Don't you think that the dogma of Darwinism, which is both fatally flawed and blasphemous. should not be promoted as fact to highly suggestible children, and that they should be offered a properly researched and planned Creationist account AS WELL (note the capital letters!) to give them an alternate view?
It's just I'm sick of a flawed theory being rammed down my neck. Reading Creationist material made me realise that it, as a theory, is absolute rubbish, and Creationism is sensible. I just want any of the children I have in the future to be brought up according to the Bible, not some mumbo-jumbo!
In fact, evolutionists have created the biggest evil in the world- look at Hitlers Aryan race theory that his Aryan race was superior to the Jewish 'inferior' race. Point proven!

Will you share your story with me? Here's mine:

I was pro-choice throughout my youth and high school experience. When I was in college, I went to a debate between a NOW spokeswoman and a woman from an organization of which I had not heard before. At the beginning of the debate, I was still pro-choice. As I listened, I came to realize that the NOW spokeswoman's reasons for abortion were selfish in their nature and the other woman seemed to addressing the needs of the mother in addition to the father and the baby. I can't remember what specific question I asked the NOW spokeswoman, but she apparantly interpreted it as a anti-abortion slanted question and did not answer it at all. Then, she cut me off when I tried to ask again. I may have been pro-choice when I stood up to ask that question in a last attempt to justify my beliefs in the morality of abortion, but I sat down a changed woman. Over time, the more I learned about abortion as I researched, the more convinced I became

-All they talk about is "Oh, I've had racism used against me..damn Affirmative Action..blacks get welfare..I gotta work for my family"

LOL

Wake up! Whites are a majority in this country! Why waste your time typing your problems on here; if you want a white history month GO GET ONE! There is nothing black people can do in America--we're the MINORITY! If all whites felt the same, you could do it!

But they don't!

Obviously, there are some gracious whites who believe the same as blacks that are preventing you from doing that "white power" stuff. Reverse discrimmination? Ha! What you really mean is that whites discrimminate against whites, not blacks..

I already asked this on the philosophy forum but I would like to open this to everyone on religion/spirituality. Hopefully I can get responses from a few beliefs.

I know views on this vary within the Atheistic world view and I would like to hear the different opinions of the existence of freewill. I personally do not believe in freewill. I think our consciousnesses are a product of our environment and the chemical reactions that occur in our brains. The idea of freewill has evolved to give animals a feeling of individuality. Because of this, I think, it is necessary to accept this feeling of free will but to also realize that freewill, as in the definition (Done of one's own accord; voluntary) is false.

Hiya all!

I'm a little confused, I am not christian, I am open mindind, and so I don't really know the Bible that well. But, I do however need to know about Adam and Eve, according to Catholics.

I was really hoping that I could get some help with this please, and where the best place is to look to get a detailed explination of Adam and Eve.

Thank you, any help would be greatly appreciated ;-)

In the past few months, I have seen countless girls wearing various articles of clothing with the word "Pink" plastered somewhere thereupon. T-shirts, sweatpants, short shorts, I even saw a girl whose shirt said, "I live for Pink".

Could someone please explain this to me? My theories are that this is either a brand name that I've never heard of, some sort of pro-woman statement, a sexual euphemism (a la Jason Mraz's "Geek in the Pink"), or just an odd fad centering around the colour implied by "Pink". I'm sure there's someone out there who has more of a clue than I do, so please let me know.

I don't care if he was from the middle east. He was white, possibly an albino. He was like the arabic "Powder" and he kept making out with Jeff Goldblum in the science lab. Then he took his hair-free body and oiled it up and created the worl'ds largest slip and slide and rode it to heaven and he will use the same slip and slide to ride it back to earth on judgement day. Slip sliding away, jesus was slip sliding away to eternally punish us on his holy canola oil lubricated plastic sheet .

paragraph,

The day I started my first job was the most frustrating day of my life. I arrived at the restaurant early. Because no one showed me which door to enter so, I stood banging on the wrong door for several minutes. One of the cookers heard me; he laughed and told the other employees. This embarrassed me from the start. I didn’t know that my white shirt was wrong either; it had two pockets instead of one. Sherri, my manager, pointed this out. She said the personnel director should have told me about the dress code I said he had told me nothing but wear a white shirt. Anyway, the most frustrating part of the day was watching videos about setting a

I MEAN EVERYTHING YOU BELIEVE IN SHOULD BE BACKED UP WITH SCRIPTURE & NOT JUST ACCEPTED BLINDLY BECAUSE SOMEONE (I.E. YOUR PASTOR) TELLS YOU

2006-09-13 08:43:59 · 32 answers · asked by New ♥ System ♥ Lady 4 in Religion & Spirituality

They were obviously trying to equate the teaching of God and faith to an atheist to the teaching of the color blue to a blind person.

In a blind person's life, do they have any care whatsoever of how blue is described? If I were blind, this sort of knowledge would have no use for me whatsoever. If you could show a blind person, blue in a sense of smell, or touch it might be useful. Just like if you could show God in a way he could be seen or touched for an atheist.

So bottom line is, does it matter to a blind person what the color blue is described like? This would also answer the question does the existence of God matter to an atheist?
