She flirted for a while after this, whistling whenever I would walk outside. maybe I didn't take the bait. She ignores me from now on. I just want to have a physical thing wiht her. Are my chances over?

I would say to you, he or she that cheats with you would have no problems cheating on you at all, but that would be a moot point sense you have already stated you only want a physical thing with her.
You can not win, when messing with a married person, period. These kinds of things have a way of affecting people in different ways. You could get a very nasty reaction from her husband.
Ultimately, you are going to do what you want to do anyway.
However, I am going to tell you this anyway, just so you can never say you were not warned. You are making a terrible mistake messing with this woman. Only heartache and a lot of trouble can come from this. I am not worried about you ending a marriage, because it already is ended. She no doubt does this kind of thing regularly. I believe there is only a matter of time before she is caught. I sincerely doubt you would be the first such encounter, and definitely not her last. You may not even be the only one she is messing with at a time like this.
I personally do not know why any self respecting man would want to be with a woman who so freely disrespects her body like this? The reverse could also apply to women. Why would any self respecting woman want to mess with a man who so freely disrespects his body in this manner?

The reason you didn't take the bait is because subconsciously you know that it's wrong trying to get with a married person. I would make sure that you understand her definition of friendship and or run as far away from her as you can. They always bring troubles.
I mean think about why you think she's ignoring you, probably because you didn't help her in her need to commit adultery already.

WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO CAUSE HEARTACHE FOR HER AND HER FAMILY AS WELL AS YOURSELF????
What happens if her husband found out? What if he came after you? What if you fell in love with her but she didn't want to leave her husband for you?
Why would you want to do these things to yourself?
