For all I know he/she was plaid. Like you said who cares. In the grand scheme of things the Word is what is important, not the color of the speaker. People will always find something to argue about and race is an easy issue as no one today is free of racism. It will never end until the day of judgement. I hope God chastises all who have said something negative about someone's color. Maybe for fun He will make everyone change colors like a chameleon for a few days just to see how the others live.

Jesus was a woman? Wow, that changes everything... no wonder 12 guys followed her across the desert... she must have been hot. Sorry, I don't mean to make light on what is undoubtedly a very good question. It's just my nature. Now for a serious answer.

You are right, it doesn't matter. The message is love. Everyone is capable of doing that, hence why it doesn't matter what color his skin was.

Most people get the color of jesus wrong. he is neither white nor blac k. he is middle eastern color.

NOOOOOO He is not white compared to an israeli today. hence the word ZIONISM.

The zionist movement was created in 1890 and take back the promised land by european decent whites who practiced the jewish faith... God bless

P.S. God is the father.... How could "she" be crying her eyes out? Are you out of touch with reality? I dont think you even know religion

Man created God in his image
not the other way around

A great philosopher (whose name i wish i remember) said
if man had fur, so would his god, if he walked on all fours, so would his god

I think it would just blow some white peoples minds if they knew Jesus was really black.
or men would freak out if they found out god was a women

(although theyve done geneology studies to try to recreate what jesus would have looked like, i am not mentioning it because i wanted an unbiased, well thought answer.)

I think there is validity. It's like having someone 2000 years from now swear Martin Luther King Jr. was pale and had sandy blond hair.

As a black person, all throughout my life black people have seemed to vanish from Bible stories although it's obvious that black people existed. It's hard to connect to a faith when it's not being accurately portrayed. I desperately want to know that people like me were in the Bible. Knowing that the central figure of my faith is being represented as something he is not is very disheartening. Should we be spending time worrying over it? No. But I want Christianity to be as accurately portrayed as possible. He was not pale nor was he black. Let's portray him as he was.

If you believe that Jesus is God like Christians do, then it is essential for Jesus to have certain qualities and characteristics.
If you don't believe this, it goes without saying that the specifics of Jesus' humanity will be of no consequence to you.

They argue because they have an idea in their heads about what he/she looked like, and anyone with a different opinion must be wrong. That's just another draw-back of being a narrow minded sheep who's beliefs are more important than being respectful of another person's beliefs. But then, alot of those people will refuse to believe that their two male dogs are exhibiting gay behavior, and insist that they are just wrestleing or fighting.

As a whole we are a disrespectful species..we don't know how to play nice. People forget if you cut any of us we all bleed red, we all have people we love and that there is no difference between us.

There are a few messages in that book that should be listened to.. that is one of them.

Ah now heres one I agree with! Who cares really? Honestly we will never know, he lived long before us and it really doesnt matter. Not christain, Child of The Moon myself, but still, its insaine to think after this time it should matter what someone from back then looks like.Or for it to matter what someone looks like now. I always thought what was inside mattered most.
