I took my son to the 99 Cent store because he had change and wanted to get a toy. I was waiting in line and this lady went all crazy because after the cashier scanned her green beans... she found out they were 99 cents! She was yelling at the cashier saying they were on sale! Why would anyone want 99 cents for a can of green beans! That she saw the sign and they were NOT 99 cents.

Thing is: there was no sign saying they were cheaper than 99 cents! She was telling this cashier off and then wanted her money back, when it says, NO REFUNDS. The cashier told the lady that she does NOT make the prices.

Have you ever done something like this? Do you think it is okay?

Sorry, I don't usually ask such stupid questions...but does anyone else here find some of the men avatars (not pictures) unattractive? The girls are most very pretty, but I wonder if the person who designed these don't like men. The slicked back blonde ones look like convicts.

They the only real fights would be at drunken brawls at soccer games unless they prohibited alcohol. Then there would be sober fights. It would be a poor day to be English, Irish, or Scotch without alcohol at a soccer match! Maybe there could be an execption. With out the Irish the world would be flooded with Guiness. ( I have an Irish, Scotch back ground I know.)

I have a problem. It's been a long time now, but some years ago I made promise to God, one that I seem forced to break. After having five near fatal car accidents in a 3 month period, and immediatly after the 5th one, I asked God to lend me the strength to get home one last time, and I would never drive again, not unless it was a matter of life and death. I've stuck to my word, despite pressure from friends and family to take up the wheel again, that it was just a fluke, etc. Now, I have recently found a new job after being unemployed for some months. I live with my retired mother, ad she has been good enough to give me a ride to work and pick me up. The arrangement seemed fine. However, my mom has become sick from doing too much, the direct cause being driving me to work. Long story made short, she is retired and can't do much without irritating her arm, which has no protection from diseases due to cancer and surgeries. As she is now, the iritation caused by the driving will have her lain up for days at best, and it could be fatal at it's worse. I'm worried sick over her, and the guilt is driving me up the wall. I called in last night, and am due back for the third shift tonight. If I miss work again, I'm sure to be terminated, but there is no way to get there unless I drive. This job has made me very unpopular with my friends, and threatens to leave me without health insurance (i was on free health care which is in danger of being revorked since i have a job, which does not give health benefits) threatens my mother's health, and now requires me to drive, the one thing I swore I would never do again. I don't know if this is God's way of telling me to lsoe this job, or his way of getting me to drive again, since it could be said it is threatening my mother's life by driving me. I just don't know what to do.

Rainbows are a symbol given as a covenant between God and man, so using this symbol means you acknowledge God and will be held accountable for the laws of the Bible when you die and stand before Him. Why then claim the rainbow, if it is only asking for punishment?

and jesus is god and god can do anything then wouldn't bein put on the cross and allowing himself to be killed be considered suicide? and isn't suicide an unforgivable sin?
and if so then that would make god/jesus a sinner wouldn't it?
i am not trying to defame or discredit anyone or anything but am trying to get a better understanding of this so please do not take offense.

I been marry for almost 2 years and daily i been having this dream were i meet this guy(stranger) and his smart and im very happy with him. My family looves him. But my husban never shows up on the dream. Its like if i was looking for that perfect guy. BUt i thought i found mine when i marry my husband. Now im all confuse? Wat does this dream mean.
