People might look at you wrong that's their problem, but God? How do you figure that?
God did not want Soloman to build a temple so why would he look wrong at you for not attending.

I believe in God and that Jesus died on the cross for my sins and to give me a gateway to heaven. But I don't believe that church is just a building you go to on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. You can be a good person and life a good life and still get to heaven without ever stepping foot into a building called a church, just by believing in the Lord Jesus.

Yes. I had a long period of time where I didn't go to church and tried living out a Christian life without it. I found out that church is not a building. Church is the people inside of it who love you, encourage you, and are friends with you. Church is where I get my encouragement and friendly support to love God and to be better tomorrow then I am today

Yep. The only church I ever had growing up was holidays, weddings, and funerals. Now, I go to teach my children why we are really here, and I really like it. If you ever do go, find one you like. It took me about 10 years but in occasionally going, I found some really nice people (Lutheran). No, people have no right to look at you wrong. Follow your heart. You'll find your place whether on a pew, or simply in your house smiling thinking about God.

i don't go to church anymore. I believe that i don't have to go to church to be a good person. i know what's right and what's wrong without church. It also upsets me to see people who go to church but outside of it, they are the ones first to stab you in the back. I am a good person and i dont need to sit inside of a church to prove to others that i am.

My dad would take his airplane out on Sundays when Mom would take us to church. He said that he was closer to God up there than any building or congregation could be. It shaped my religous beliefs, to understand that the Gods can come to each of us in their own way.

Not since 1984.. but I also left christianity then too. If you want to be a christian and not go to a building to worship why should that be of concern to others. If you are secure in your own beliefs don't let others worry you.
