I'm sure that if you've been in the Religion & Sprirtuality section for more than five minutes here on Yahoo! Answers, you've noticed that we have a large group of non-Believers, atheists, agnostics, etc.

I'm a Christian Seventh-Day Adventist. I want to know:
1. What's keeping you from becoming a non-Believer?
2. Are you happy with the religion you're in?
3. How is your faith?
4. How did you become a [Christian, Jew, Muslim, etc.] in the first place?
5. In general, why do you believe?

how come when i look at questions on here it's always a white person talking crap about a black person if you don't like black people don't deal with them???i don't understand why some white people are like that i'm not saying all are like that because they're not but it's always something.why can't people accept that this world is very diverse and keep moving with life?

As far as I can tell in my country, England, science has won both the battle and the war, with newspapers basically calling a belief in God irrational! Who is going to win, I don't advocate competition, but according to Darwin, it's survival of the fittest, so who is winning?

the universe is soo intricate and well-made? For me this only makes it easier to believe their isn't one...it is just too well made for any 'intelligent designer' to have created, rather something BIGGER like chance and not so much in the way of humanly thoughts and characteristics as people support that god is (feeling anger, sadness, even forgiveness...). I am not trying to tell anyone what to believe but would just like to hear another opinion.

Why when I dip into other categories, I don't see names like Captin Atheism, CPT, and other people who will argue until blue in the face about "God does not exist" Do you guys only post Q&A in the religion cat.? Do you just try to get under people's skin? Please, correct me if I am wrong, I just haven't seen the names I see in religion section in any other section.

Before I continue, know that I'm not joking, trying to offend, or sound racist/bias etc,,just looking for an honest answer

I'm white, and by the way i was raised, I never cared about ethnicity/race/color etc, a person was just a person no matter what, I dont like/dislike them for those types of things...

but lately Ive found I favor blacks over the other races, it's gotten to the point i practically idolize them, when i'm around a black person I get happy and energetic, and want nothing more than to socialize with them, i've grown obsessed

I'm married to a black person, but that's not the reason i got married to him, i never even thought much about his color, but now i think if i had to do it over again, i could only marry someone who is black.

but at the same time, i dont dislike others because of their race, i still like everyone regardless

is this wrong? am i the only one? am i offending anyone? is there a Term for this feeling? I don't mean any harm, its just the way i feel

I read where someone wrote that it should be available in 2 weeks and that only those with a password or pin can get in. Talk about narrowminded ignorance. I bet that their children will only be allowed on that section too. Heaven forbid that their children might actually be exposed to a different opinion. That they might actually be encouraged to think for themselves. I am not talking about all Christians. You know who I mean and who I don't.

When people see your attitude or deminer, do you reflect what you would like to reflect?
