The Greeks had three goddesses of Fate:

Clotho who is depicted with a spindle
Lachesis depicted with a scroll or globe, and
Atropos depicted with a pair of scales or shears

Clotho spins the thread of your life; Lachesis measures it out, and Atropos snips it at the end.

Their goddess of love was Aphrodite, who also had a really good sense of humor (you'd need it for that job).

You have gotten the answer for the Fate goddess but only half for the goddess of love. While Venus/Aphrodited is the goddess of Love it is romantic or lustful love. Hera/Hestia are the goddess' of romantic or marriage love. People tend to forget that fact. They would call on Aphrodite to help get the eye of their intended and would praise Hera at the wedding.
