Baggy trousers. Whats the history behind it?

Most religions speaking of a man as a free being who is responsible for his actions and choices, though this image isn’t accurate.

If we look deeper into our lives, and try think of choices we’ve made will we find ourselves free?

Please take in consideration:

-The genetic map the person inherits by his ancestors which decides his physical shape, decides his intelligence, and many diseases or handicaps he might have.

-The place and time where he lived, and the effect of the family upon him, how much the values of his time will effect his choices.


-Take in consideration the school he will learn from, a poor child wouldn’t probably take a chance to have good education, a rich child on the other hand will have that chance.

-The environmental, economical, political ect.. situations of the country he lives in, and how that will effect his ideological path he might take.

With all above and many other effects we never chose, how much are we free?

The Majority of the founding Fathers of America were Christian, and documentation shows they believed it was impossible to run America without God and Morals. SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE IS NO WHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION. the founding fathers' true intentions were to stop the government from controlling the churches and obstructing and controlling doctrine... hence comes the term separation of church and state, Their intentions were never to get rid of the knowledge of God in the Public square, Though many atheist radicals and others make things appear that way by taking things out of context

That Buddism is the only way to live your life without the mumbo jumbo and dogma of an organised religion. The enlightened course is all you need, and the realisation that everything in the whole world from earthquakes to dropping the milk is perfect. ( EVEN IMPERFECTION) Compassion and Buddism will counteract every mortal incident.

How is it that one can be hard working, polite, willing to work in a team, take good care of the customer and not be hired? And how is it that offensive, rude people can succeed so well?
I just spoke to the rudest, most up-her-own-behind cow, for some

He only hates the acivity, right? So what you are saying is that a person has to ignore his natural born inclinations and atraction towards the same sex? Never know what it is to be loved back by someone you love, because they are the same sex? Never be able to be happy and ignore every fiber of your being, so that God your father who wants you to be happy and says he loves all his children who accept him, will love you? What kind of unfair choice is this to leave to someone? Never be happy or love who you want dont act on anything you feel, We can because we are straight and God loves us and what we do, but you guys God doesnt like wht you will do when you make love! I live in a very small conservative country where my sexuality is yet to be embraced with understanding.
And I work at a financial pillar in my country where everybody in the country knows All who works here.
For that reason if I came out to the wrong person it would spread like wild fire and I LOVE and RESPECT my family a WHOLE LOT that I wouldn’t want my life choices effects their life.

Don’t get me wrong It’s MY LIFE, but it stops being My Life when it Hurts theirs.

but I have been wanting to take the risk of asking this New girl at work out on a date BUT I still can't tell if she is interested? you see she is very Feminine and although I like to be label free I'm a femme too with very short hair, just incase you wondered :))

so do I take the risk and ask her out? or is thier signs I could look for? What would the signs be?

I am a member of the LDS church...and a friend and I are debating on the subject of drinking Green Tea. If there are any SERIOUS priesthood holders out there who can answer this puzzling question for me...it would be helpful. I know that Green Tea is good for your health...but it's a matter of Obedience for me...and I don't want to drink it if it is one of the "restrictions" (for lack of better term) set forth by the Word of Wisdom.

There were many answers to someone's question earlier that the dinosaurs were drowned in the Great Flood.

Do you understand how inaccurate this is?

The time period that the dinosaurs lived, there were only very, very small mammals, they made homes underground to avoid being eaten by the giant reptiles...

Has anyone researched any sort of history and/or science outside of the Bible?

I sometimes have a hard time finding the blessings thru the trials.

For example: My husband took a job on, (someone he knew from childhood). Her business was in big trouble. She did not take his advice at all. After 3 weeks she fired him. But in the mean time We had put $1000 in the business. (she likes to write bad checks we wont do that)(Month of June $ 875 in NSF alone, every month is about the same)

She got pissed cuz she wanted to spend money on stuff, but NOTHING on the business. We only got $400 of our money. She would not give us the $600 back. (in fact she wanted the $400 also, but since we used our money to buy the stuff we kept it.

I dont see any blessings there. In fact we are leasing a house from her mother. And that is a big mess cuz of her business she wants to evict us (with no reason) so the nice house we were going to buy in one year, she is trying to kick us out before the lease is up.
