I keep reading questions and answers on here about religion, but so few people are truly accepting of others' beliefs. If we all just let others believe what they want, and not condemn them, wouldn't we all be able to peacefully coexist??? Why do we have to change others?!? Why can't we be strong enough in our own beliefs to let others be? That's called faith, right? Share your thoughts...

Mmm. Do you remember the 10 commandments?

The second commandment please.

"Do not make a sculpted image or any likeness of what is in the heavens above..."

* coughs and cears throat sarcastically *

Well well.. I'm just here to make a point.
Why is it that Christians make idols of Jesus Christ on the Cross, or the cross itself?
If you are so religious , and care so much about Jesus, God, the Holy Spirit, and the HOLY BIBLE, why is it that you break the second commandment ?

* melodramatic voice *

Did I get you on this one , or are you going to make some outstanding excuse for it ?

:)

BLESS YOU ♥

I'm a JEW! Yes, just incase you're wondering how you can insult me. Yet you can't for I am part of the ' chosen ' people according to God and the BIBLE, if you've read it.

They're always quick to mock us people with mild myopia with their quick witted remarks such as "Oy! four eyes". Is there a correlation between eyesight and social dysfunction?

Why do women check out my shoes

My Pastor is looking to send several of us women from the Church. It is 3 overnights and I am petrified of leaving my husband and kiddos for that long but I am thinking that if I don't go then I will miss out on a great spiritual adventure.

If I don't go then the enemy will win.

Has anyone been? What did you think of it?

To me, it's awesome. Although NO ONE really knows what it will be like, I find this thought-provoking.

Peace to all.

If blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is the rejection on God's gift of forgiveness, then that means you are not asking for forgiveness, so by definition asking for forgiveness means you are not guilty of unforgiveable sin. Yeah, this an interpretation, but it is an interpretation consistent with the nature of Jesus, the savior sent to save man through the gift of forgiveness.

Is there anybody here who would even remotely consider changing their faith/religion/or beliefs because of what someone says in this forum? I'm speaking to everyone...Christians, Jews, Muslims, Atheist, Agnostics, Buddists, Mormons, etc.

I would like to learn about other faiths/religions/ beliefs that's what I originally thought this catagory was about. I hope this question makes sense.

Which ear do gay guys typically wear an ear ring in? Im a masculine straight looking guy and usually wear one in both ears.. to go along with my other facial piercings... ( tongue, lebret and both brows ) so it doesnt really look all that "gay"... but if i were to wear only only one which ear would I wear it in... I realize a big part of this is stereotype... and thats sorta a good thing for me... I guess im looking for a subtle way to show my pride without having to wear one of my t shirts that says something like "does this dicck in my mouth make me look gay" After all Im not looking to get jumped anytime soon LOL.. if nothing else maybe yall could offer a few subtle ways of showing the pride.. Id appreciate it much...

on the ground 5 times a day producing a bump on his forehead for all the world to see and he did this on purpose because he was proud of his bump on the head and it made him feel Holier Than Thou. Would you think he was a terrific leader and want to follow him? This is what the 2nd in command of Al Queda does and yes the Radical Muslim's follow him and hang on his every word. Let there be no mistake about the kind of people Islamic Extremists are. They are brainwashed muderers led by Fruitcakes.
