I am a non believer but my friend who is a born again says that all non christians will go to hell but it might be OK because there may be different levels of hell.

Could someone tell me if this is really the case, or is hell equally awfull for everyone and is there anyway of avoiding it without actually believing in God.

How many Godparents are common to have? Isn't it just 2- a Godmother and a Godfather? Or is it common for some families to have more than this for their child? During a baptism, WHO is it that carries the baby up to the platform where the priest or pastor is standing? Is one of the parents?

12 Jesus went into the temple of God. He drove out all the people who were buying and selling in the temple. He threw down the tables of the money changers. He pushed down the seats of those who sold doves.

Did he use physical force? Did he yell and scream like a crazy person? Wouldn't the merchants have had guards or something to protect their goods from people trying to disrupt their sales?

Matthew 21:12

1Jesus and his disciples came near to Jerusalem. They came to the village of Bethphage by the hill called the Mount of Olives. Then Jesus sent two of his disciples ahead.

2He said to them, `Go into the village in front of you. As soon as you go in, you will find a donkey for riding, and her young one. They are tied there. Untie them and bring them to me.

3If anyone says anything to you, tell him, "The Lord needs them. He will send them back soon." '

Matthew 21 v1-3

Here he doesn't even ask, he just walks up and takes someone else's donkey. What if some guy wandered by, hopped on your bike and started taking it away and said "Oh don't worry, the Lord needs it, I'll bring it back soon."

Although I seem to sense them, I have yet been able to "see" an aura. Interested in learning to see them, but ever exercise I've found either doesn't work or just gives me the afterimage effect (not an aura).

And why?

Let's assume that it would be a *permanent* removal. You'd never have to live under the influence of that memory again, for better or worse.

Should a person let go of their reliance on language in that situation? Would drones who only communicate in feeling and picture have any appreciation for the nuances of the English language? Do only the big ones care enough to learn English?

I've got the Christian one already. But I am curious about the other ones. I don't need to know about Jesus, I know that one. But if you practice something else, I would like to know about it. So please tell me what religion you are and something about it. Please only serious answers, I would really like to know about this.

I'm always amazed when anti-Christian groups try to make Hitler a Christian by quoting his political speeches in his quest for power.

He said this:
Christianity is a rebellion against natural law, a protest against nature Oct 10 1941

The best thing is to let Christanity die a natural death, Christian doctrine will be convicted of absurdity. Oct 14 1941

Christanity has reached it's peak of absurdity
Oct 15 1941

The world has two great scourges, the Pox & Christianity Oct 19 1941

Christianity is an invention of sick brains. Dec 13th 1941.........love Adolph!

Does anyone really believe he was a Christian?
If you do, I don't believe you are being intellectually honest.

I think he was a sick killer, nor do I believe he is a representive of any decent people or belief.

your thoughts?

I think I remember reading somewhere that geomancy was forbidden in Islam, but I can't recall where I read it. Just now, however, I was reading about Daniel from a Jewish source. It mentioned that Muslims attribute this form of divination to him, as well as the book Usul al-Ta'bir.
