Should a person let go of their reliance on language in that situation? Would drones who only communicate in feeling and picture have any appreciation for the nuances of the English language? Do only the big ones care enough to learn English?

Drones do not need to worry about nuances of the English language. They can understand your meaning from the psyionic waves your brain produces when you communicate.
Letting go of linguistic skills may help your own relaxation but will not aid communication.

What the heck is an "Alien Grey"? What drones are you talking about? Have you been watching too much Star Trek?

Well, obviously in this situation, we would have to rely more on our charades skills. I'm not looking forward to it....mimes will rule the world, they'll escape their imaginary boxes, and run amok. Scary =)
