Anyone who kills and tortures people could not be a follower of Christ. That is against what Jesus taught.

Believe it or not Hitler was raised a Roman Catholic. There are many people raised and brought up with some religious teachings and they still end up doing some terrible crime against humanity. Religion or no religion does not guarantee that a person will not do harm to themselves or the world. Sometimes people will try and use some part here and there as a scapegoat to why they did this or that. Nor does some religious affiliation mean that all that are affiliated with that sect will do the same awful things to the world. I never hear any one say all Roman Catholics are Killers. So when people can learn we should not judge all on the few maybe we can start to have a more peaceful society.
I also think Hitler was a very sick killer and anyone that tries to obliviate a race of people or a religious sect no matter what they use as there reason is just as sick. It is a shame that some have not learned from the past.

Wow I found some of the same sayings in a lot of his speaches, but thier was a slight difference. He talked that way about the Jews, not Christians. Yes, word for word they are the same except that.
I also did research on the Mein Kampf which replaced the Bible in schools during his reign and even in that he speaks highly of Christianity and poorly of the Jews.
After doing that I researched Germany at that time to find out that the Christian country of Germany really hated the Jews and that he was raised with this hatred. I looked at multiple sights including a few creditible sights and sights that say he wasn't Chistian.
However It all says the same thing. The creditable sights that say he wasn't one says he couldn't have been one because of his acts. All of them agree that he did not go to church regularly, however this was the only big point that the creditable sights gave as to him not being Christian.
The truth is he was born, lived and died Christian. It proves it in his book, speaches, and actions.
I think what you are forgeting is that it really doesn't matter that he was a Christian. He was a bad man, because of what he did. I mean I could go on and on about evil people in the Christian religion, but those people don't make the religion bad. I mean just because some Christian priest had sex with an alter boy does that mean the Christian religion says it's o.k. No it doesn't.
Most religions (if not all) have had thier bad seeds, that doesn't mean the religion is bad.
Actions of a few does not count as the whole.

Hitler was unsuccessful at that which UK and USA governments have been successfull. He and his cronies lacked the skillset necessary. They did not take good notes.
Hitler was not alone in his agenda and no different than Christian USA presidents and the congresses who presided over the holucast of Native Americans or the imprisonment of Africans to exploit free labor; stole land to make 37 states, drop an atomic bomb on a 95% Christian civilian population. Sponsored eugenics progams that Hitler might have copied.
Jesus was not a Christian either.

History is replete with Christians such as Hitler. There was Ferdinand and Isabella of Spain--the Spanish Inquisitions. There was Cardinal Richelieu of France--executioner of the French Huguenots. Oh. Do not forget the 30 years war where Christians fought Christians over whose version of Christianity was the correct version.
In the U S the Christians there did an ethnic cleansing of the American Indians. What do you think of that?

He wasn't a Christian, he was actually an atheist. He was, though, obsessed with religious artefacts ( a la Raiders of the Lost Ark).
And to say he had no morals isn't entirely correct. He had strong moral beliefs and that is why he did what he did. He was also vegetarian and a tee-totaller.
I think it is wrong of any group to use an individual to villify another group. Otherwise you could say that vegetarianism is bad because Hitler was a vegetarian. This is the ethical arguement "reductio ad Hitlerum".

He was an apostasized catholic who became neopagan and dabbled with the occult, arianism, the pure blood was an obsession. The SS had the cross replaced on graves with the thyr rune-looks like an arrow etc. Hitler wanted power and tried to get it through artefacts with supposed magical powers fex the holy lance.
He was in my wiew totally deranged and demented.
The pope, Pius XII, was personally convinced that Hitler was possessed by the Demon(if you really think. how else can a person be so diabolically evil) and tried to exorcize him "long-distance" so to speak, these things are documented. Despite things like this some uninformed ppl keep saying that he collaborated with the nazis. This is defamation and lies.

Your answer is in your first sentence, "anti-Christian groups try to make Hitler a Christian". They are trying to link what they hate, Christianity, with one of the most evil humans how ever lived therefore trying to discredit Christianity. So either they are lying to further their cause or they do it out of ignorance of what Christianity stands for.

Hitler had several faces, so to speak.
He actually worshiped far eastern religion, but he was Catholic
Pope Pius had a pact with the Reich, and Hitler was never excommunicated. Another example of false religion 'fornicating' with man's government while claiming to support the Kingdom of God.
Hitler died a Catholic

People don't understand that just because your parents were Christian doesn't make you a Christian.
Hilter made quite plain his hatred for Christianity therefore he was not a Christian.
Only anti-Christians use Hilter to try and tear down Christianity.

Are these things he actually said in public? Because the entire country was Lutheran back then and I think they might even have revolted against their beloved furor if he said anything against Christianity
