my brother got mad at me yesterday. he was singing a song and i asked him to stop because it was annoying. then he was telling me about his friends' kids, and i listened, but then i got up to go to the bathroom, he asked if he was boring me, and i jokingly said 'yes'

later, he said 'has anyone ever told you that honesty is not always the best policy'

he's not stuck up or insecure, he wouldnt say something like that to me if i hadnt geniuinly hurt his feelings,
which makes me think that maybe i make more comments then i think i do. i always thought i was a nice person, even if i do usually speak my mind. but maybe im going too far with it?

How can I tell if my honesty is hurting people? its not like im down right rude. i dont go around telling people theyre ugly or fat. I dont make fun of people. so what am i doing wrong?

Or do you sit by and watch as your brothers fight till the death? So many who claim to walk a righteous path use the tools a hate to inspire fear of another man, and by doing so subjugate power over you. By accepting that the Muslims are evil, and seeking to destroy them, you ignore the message of Christ. When did war become a Christ like value? (let me guess the Crusades, the Inquisition...etc which of course are demonized by history) Regardless of what religious, or non-religious path you follow, the question still applys.

Why do women get on public assistance knowing before they became fu**king pregnant that they were unemployed and couldn’t take care of a baby? We hard working people can’t even get a damn loan to help us during hard times but irresponsible women can get health benefits, WIC, food stamps, and other government funded incentives. It makes me sick. Don’t get me started on these illegal’s sucking up tax payer’s money. I couldn’t even get enough financial aid to go to school because I had no fuc**ing dependents (babies) and therefore they considered me as a dependent student. I had to borrow money but if I had 4 or 5 kids that I couldn’t take care of, government grants and loans would have been flowing out sh*ts creek. My mother couldn’t even get help for two months when she decided to take in a little girl that was practically left on her door step. They said she made too much and didn’t have a need. She couldn’t even put the baby on her fu**ing HEALTH insurance right away.

Little Letter To God

No great things can I offer you,
No wise and wonderous deeds.
Only a simple love so true
And a thank you for my needs.
Dear God it is the little things
I most am thankful for
My life, my sons, my family
My roof, my walls, my door.
May it always be open
To whomever comes to call
May I show your wonderous love
To each individual and to all.
I love you with my simple heart
For I am simple too.
Thanks for not forsaking me.
For letting me love YOU!
Peace Be With You Always,
Debra

If we start from the basis that humans are born into "sin," (wicked, evil) how did or do they manage to overcome that sinful nature?

If you claim "believing in Jesus (Bible, etc.)" or anything similar, why would an evil person even consider such a thing?

Or, is the claim that humans are born into "sin" faulty?

Caste system is termed to be an unholy institution. Which religions propagate such unholy concepts and whether such unholiness disqualify the propagating religious system from the list of true religions of God.
How many countries have a birth based caste sytem like that prevailing in some countries of South Asia? Where did the system originated. What is the relevance and uses/misuses and merits/demerits of caste system? Is caste sytem another name of aparthied? If so, is there any provision in UN Charter to label a country (for the purpose of possible corrective measures) which directly or indirectly (through deliberative actions of the administrative machinery eventhough they pretend to safeguard intrests of vulnerable sections} promote caste based discriminations in real life of the people?

Religion is such a personal thing and completely unprovable, so it's just down to faith, so why do people constantly criticise other people's beliefs or try to force their beliefs on others?
