There is this person, his name is Sean. Sean met someone named Mary on the internet in 1996. They talked off and on. In 2000 while Sean lived in Detroit and Mary lived in Kansas City, Sean drove from Detroit to Kansas City to meet Mary. This was a 12 hour drive for him. In 2002 they were married, and in 2003 they had a child.
Now they live together and struggle like all married couples to be happy and pay the bills and raise their son.

How far would you drive to meet someone you met?

Oh, religions? Mary is Roman Catholic, and that Sean guy left Roman Catholocism to start jim_darwinism,

In fact I heard he died while jogging. Guess the "healthy lifestyle" is only an illusion and if its your time to go, its your time to go.

I believe that rituals came about as a way to cellabrate and ensure the future. Someone would do something specific and then, by chance or otherwise, a good growing season would take place. The next year, the person would repeat what he did the previous year with the hope of a similar outcome. Myth began as an explanation of how the ritual came about (usually in a supernatural way). So, I guess that I believe that ritual came first. Any thoughts. I just read my question, and I didn't really express myself very well, but you should get the main idea of what I'm trying to say I guess.

China has decided that foreigners can go to their country and hunt Yak or pandas. How tough is it to shoot a cow, is there some hunter that is salivating for the head of a panda on his wall. Come on now whats next, sport hunting for porcupines and lizard. Are hunters that bored. I know just get all the sport hunting nuts together and let them shoot at each other.

We hear about teenagers starting to drink, smoke and have sex early just to be "cool" and "grownup" and I think, "Wouldn't it be cooler and more grownup to say no to these things for all your life?" What do you think???

I have been venting some frustration in an improper manner.
Most of my questions and answers have been sincere. But I have
made poor attempts at comedy and used unintelligent curse
words. Please accept my humble apology.

There have been questions about the growth of Islam, the number of adherents within a given religion, etc.

By the numbers: 20.12% of the world is Muslim and 17.33% of the world is Catholic (33.03% total for Christianity). Islam has surpassed Catholicism and is approaching the Christian total.

(Note: These numbers only reflect people/families who profess a given religion. It is unlikely that such large numbers are devout adherents to these religions.)

I was born Christian, and I strongly believe in Christ, however, the dictionary meaning for agnostic is: one who holds that God or absolute truth can not be known. Now I completely believe that this must be 100% correct, while we have reasons to believe in God's Kingdom, it simply isn't possible to KNOW it. So while I wear a cross hung from my neck, I still believe I must be somewhat agnostic. Do you think this is a fair and realistic statement?
And while Im on the subject of the afterlife, where does the Christian religion stand on ghosts? I believe in ghosts and spirits, as I have had experiences through a wiegy (not sure on spelling) board, and many unexplainable feelings of presents, and know many people that have also experienced such things.
Thank you in advance.

I mean, all whites are mixed in one way or another. When an American says, "I'm American" he/she's not totally American of course. So, what's with people being racist about mixed/coloured people if they're mixed themselves???
