USE THE CAPS WHENEVER YOU WANT. IT'S HOW YOU STATE THINGS, BE IT GENTLE OR FIERCE.

IF SOMEONE BELIEVES THAT YOU ARE `SHOUTING` AT THEM, THAT IS THEIR PROBLEM, NOT YOURS!

GOOD LUCK ON YOUR RECOVERY

A medical problem is one exception.

However, typing in caps is considered rude all over the world.

1) It makes some appear ignorant.

2) It makes someone look like they are shouting.

Can you maybe cut and paste things on a word document and then increase the font size?

I'm sorry that surgery has left you with trouble reading, but I agree with the other poster -- it is considered rude due to it being thought of as yelling. If you need to see the words easier, go to your TOP MENU BAR where it says "VIEW", then go to "TEXT SIZE" and choose "LARGEST". Maybe this will help you to see the questions and answers easier. I hope so!! Good luck.

All caps is considered to be rasing your voice. Caps used to be used only to show emphasis, so all caps means that you are yelling your words. It's considered that way in emails also - so don't use all caps in your emails. Try changing the font size to something easier for you to read

It's not easier to read all caps if your vision is good. If you need larger text, as I do, use Firefox. This lets you scale up the text size until it's really huge.
