I am trying to start a business/project, but have received very little support from those close to me. Just about everyone external to my social rgoup is positive, but it seems everyone I know wants to throw theoretical barriers in, rather than be positive.

If you have started something in the face of negativity, could you please discuss and provide some advice?

A friend of mine( my ex) happens to be a very good kisser. To him it's just fun
and a casual french kiss is cool. He tried different sort of people of different ages and gender. It grows intimacy between buddies irrespective of their gender and age. Now he wants to french kiss my dog Chubby and wants to see it's reaction. I am confused. He's telling me it's just fun. I talked with her gf and she told me that just frenching is harmless unless the dog had some sore kinda thing in it's mouth.
Is it a sin?

Why is it when something tragic happens in your life or there are wars around the world and people starving etc and you ask a religious person "if God existed why did he let this happen?", they then come up with a ridiculous excuse that doesn't justify it? It's so annoying! It's like they've been brainwashed to come up with the same answer. What do you think?
