Dark at night 10:15pm, in a suburban park where NOBODY is around, a young guy pointed a gun at you and your fiancee and ask for money. He's total panic and almost out of control. He may pull the trigger in any second.

How will you handle this situation?

throw my purse away from us and run the other way...let him chase my purse, better than chasing us!

If you are alone you can pay him or throw your wallet to divert attention and run like hell. An experienced shooter has a hard enough time hitting a moving target, and somethig vital much less a nervous criminal on drugs. But since you are not alone all you can do is adopt a nonthreatening posture and put the wallet on the ground and back away. Thinking about anything else or hero stuff will just get someone killed.

I would not hesitate to give him the money quickly. As he turned around to run away after getting the money I would reach into my purse and pull out my Astra 18 shot 9mm and put about 3 caps in his right *** cheek. Then I'd disarm him (shoot him in the head if I had to) and get my money back. Go home and make love to my fiance.

One quick, swift, fluid motion-
lift hand as if to retreive money
grab the gun
force it down and away form anyone while twisting his hand
his grip will loosen
take gun from him
good knock to the head and he'll be out for the night.

Call the cops.

I guess that depends on if I am packing that day. If I am not packing I will just give him what he wants and possibly offer him more, like my ATM card and PIN if offering this seems to make him relax. If I am packing I will ask him if he saw that officer behind him. What i say would be based on what is likely. If it is a park and it is common to see police on horseback I would ask him if he saw that cop on the horse behind him. As soon as he turned I would draw my weapon and order him to drop his or I would shoot him depending on his actions.

I wouldn't be in a dark park that late at night. I make it a point to always be aware of my surroundings, and to avoid trouble.

Depends on how strong i am feeling that day.He might just end up in a tree or running down the street saying he did not mean it.It all depends on how my day went I guess.Good Luck!

You have 50/50 chance of survival if you both gang up on him and beat the living daylite.
That is,if you don't have any money.

Give him the money and hope nobody sees or smells what I just did.

Give him the money... your life/fiance's life is worth more than what you would be carrying on you. You can always make more money... won't be able to replace you if you are shot/killed.
