Yes I do, here's proof.
Prov 9:10
10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.
KJV
Yes, I consider my self a God-fearing man. IN every area of my life, I need to be covered with prayer.

No I don't fear God. God is the Great Spirit of Love. I do not fear Love. And wisdom does not have a beginning or an end you either are wise or you're not.

Sheesh people... you need to understand when it says "fear" God it is not asking you to actually fear Him but reverence him and respect all His commandments. The word "fear" was the best word the translators of the Greek manuscript could come up with to express what was written in Greek, but it is not quite right. It's like if someone says something is cool, do you translate what it actually means or what cool has become to mean over the years? God is the last person in the world you need to fear in that manner. God even loves the wicked with all His heart, it is their own sins and a perfect knowledge of how much they've messed others over that causes them to tremble and be in pain in His presence, not some malovence coming from Himself.

Fear of poisonous snakes is wise. Fear of god is no sign of wisdom. It takes a lot of wisdom to understand the reality of "god", and when you do there is certainly nothing to fear.

This kind of makes sense to me.....don't stop the presses, I'll explain.
One of the thoughts I had while coming to the conclusion I did, is that fear is what has driven many people to create god. And to keep him alive.
Realizing that was one of the things that set me on my current path of searching for wisdom.

Do you know that the beginning of wisdom is the fear of over-zealous Christians?

I have to agree for reasons that probably make no sense to you. I got over the fear, and in that realization came the beginnings of wisdom.
Rather like that first crunchy bite of apple.
