existed before man. Yet if science is right where do we come from?

When I ask questions about the mystery of life, people assume that I am losing faith, when the reality is that it has gotten stronger.

I think that any Christian who stops believing in God to believe theories or change their religion right now is crazy.

Can people see that we are at the worst times, and the World gets worse and worse? That would be the worst mistake of my life.

How can a person who has build his faith and maintained it for with a lot of study and dedication for years and years is going to lose it all of the sudden for words created by men trying to find what God created in their own human version. The minds of men are not perfect to be always right.

I have a new roommate that just moved in to my spare bedroom of my apartment. The lease is under my name and he's listed as an occupant, in a sense subletting from me. He's only been here 2 days, and he's already annoying me. He's very demanding. He asks me lots of questions when I'm busy doing other things. He expects me to show him around San Antonio (he's from Oklahoma), not to mention, he expected to have internet service routed to his bedroom, ect. I also spent my own money on groceries that's supposed to last for the next 2 weeks, and he's eating like it's going out of style. I devised a roommate agreement, but I know he's going to get defensive if I suggest the idea. He's very emotional and gets defensive easily. He's also very manipulative. What's the best way to go about this? He has already said once that "I have a problem communicating" when the fact of the matter is, he has a problem with effective listening and general courtesy and common sense.

I went to buy some rags at the foodmart to use for my period because I cant afford the real thing. As i was stealing a roll of rags and placing them down my noony, I saw argus hugging Wilma and giving her a kiss. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!
So after I stole a bag of bread, I walked up and confronted him and Wilma bit my ear and spit in my face and she said" Get out of the store you hillbilly , or else Ill throw a brick threw your trailer"

Im so afraid she will do this. Argus slapped me across the face and told me to what what he asks me. Then he threw me on the ground and then he unzipped his pants and peed on me in front of all the customers in the store and they all live in my trailer park. I am so ashamed. how can I get Argus back and force him to love me again?

Do you think if women were leaders of countries and held positions of power in all governments, and given that most women will have had children at some point do you think the fact of being women and mothers this would stop them urging their people to war and find alternative ways of settling international disputes?

is just a thought!

I just checked around yahoo answers and saw an interesting question. Somebody offers german clases over the internet. But I don´t know what would be a realistic payment for the teacher? First I want to make counts and then I will write to this guy, you know, investigate about this kind of srevices and so on before contacting him. So, how much would you like to pay for one hour?

for actions between consenting adults i dont understand why this act is a crime. i mean ultimately what is a date all about? dinners for sex. if the sex is good enough then maybe marriage. so really isnt our prelude to marriage really about prostitution under a different cloud. also, what about the biological sexual needs of the handicap, widowers, the unattractive, the lonely? why should they be denied the opportunity for their needs being met without fear of 'breaking the law'?

I'm not trying to offend anyone. I'm just asking a simple question. Besides, I'm 1/2 Japanese myself. But I was born and raised in the U.S., so I don't really know the answer. Do you?

Mine are hard to find in books. I have no clue what they mean or if it's just replaying what I experienced that day.

I think atheism to the atheist is a reason for that person to do whatever they want without consequence. I also think that not many support atheism because athiesm offers no hope. I have met many many many athiests...I am friends with several...but I have yet to meet one optomistic athiest. Every one I've met is mad at the world (or mainly at Christians). They have no positive thing to say...and well...that can be a drag. No one likes a negative person. No one wants to fellowship with a negative person. People as a general whole are searching not necessarily for God (although I believe Him to be the answer) but for hope...something positive...something to bring light to their already dark and dull day of work or sickness or pain. Atheism has nothing to offer except for a life of anything you can conceive of doing with no immediate consequences for your actions. And although that's initially appealing, I don't think too many are fooled. What do you have to offer and are you truly happy?

Do you really think there are people with powers living among us? Not taking "science" into consideration here - just plain simple magic that perhaps lives among us.

I find myself coming up with a few questions and hypocrisies about Christianity that keep me from completely embracing the religion. For instance this pickle... the Christian religions say if you are homosexual, you are going to hell. Now I'm not gay, but I understand that that true gays are born gay which means God made them that way, so why are they being condemned to hell? Does that mean God doesn't want us to be ourselves? Whats the dilly? I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts but especially by the practicing Christians out there.

If I am wrong, as a christian, then I die with a clear conscience. If you are wrong, then you go to HELL. Why take that chance?

Why is it proper to have a Black Miss America and not proper to have a White Miss America? And please lets not bring up the minority issue, its old and out dated. This is the 2000's. Sounds like a little reverse racism to me.

My favorite holiday is Christmas because that is when I get to see my whole family and we get to catch up and I meet new family and we get a good meal, because my family makes some gooooooood food, it runs in the family.

Lets look at the 10 commandments, the guideline by which all Jews are obliged to live by.

"Thou shalt not kill":They kill hundreds of palistinians and Lebanese every week

"Thou shalt not bear false witness": they consistently lie about Palistinians in an attempt to demonize the Palistians, thus justifying their killing.

"Thou shalt not covet thy neighbours house or anything that is thy neighbours": The Israelis have coveted the land of the Palistinians.

"Thou shalt not steal": the Israelis have stolen land from the Palistinians and neighbouring nations.

"Thou shalt have no other Gods before me": The Israelis have put wealth, money and power befor their God

"Remember the sabbath, keep it holy": the israelis kill and plunder on the sabbath day.

So far they have broken 6 out of the 10 commandments and will break the other 4 soon, so how can we call them the "chosen people of God"?
