Words are meaningless, especially sentences.

I tend to choose my words well, if not necessarily with any sense of forethought or caution. So I suppose I don't choose them carefully, but rather just let whatever I feel flow as it comes. This, unfortunately, has gotten me in trouble a few times when I get a bit *too* honest or say something a bit *too* cleverly insulting.

As of late, I always carefully choose my words. I believe we tell exactly who we are when we open our mouths, so I practice every day thinking before I speak. I have't always done so, and I'm sure I used to hurt people's feelings because I spoke before I thought. Impulsivity is a deterrent to a good conversationalist, as those who are impulsive often are also self centered and have a big ego. People don't really care to talk to people who don't care about them. If we want to succeed, we must not be impulsive.

The more tired I am the less likely I will sugar-coat my words. Awake and alert, I carefully choose my words. Let them be tender, I might have to eat them soon.

I only choose my words carefully in the interest of diplomacy and only when it allows me to do so and still be totally honest. If I can't be diplomatic and honest, then I just shoot from the hip and don't choose carefully at all.

I choose my words very carefully, because once you say or type them, you can't take them back.

I try my best and think about how if I want something said to me. If I don't want it said to me a certain way, then I'll try not to say it like that myself. But sometimes I slip up and make mistakes, all humans do, but when that happens, and if I'm wrong for it, then I'll own up and apologize for it.

But I do confess to sometimes not picking my words carefully when a guy physically or sexually violates me; THEN I let him have it!

I'm usually very careful with my words. Words can hurt sometimes more severe than actions, because words once spoken can not be taken back and even though some things can be said in the heat of the moment they will still hurt. "sticks and stones....words can never hurt me" They most certainly can hurt

At first I didn't never... whether it be talking and making a paragraph or insulting somebody. Now I watch my words to not hurt people so much, but make a point still.. and when I am talking to people older or smarter than me or just serious people. Somehow, now I am a fan of literacy for some reason.
