Every evil oppurtunistic greedy SOB is making it big everywhere in the world getting whatever the heck they want while we're left with just our dreams and nine to five jobs.

Is this what life is all about? Being a good person while the greedy people get whatever they want?

Now this is not a question of who works hard or not. I think in this day and age it is imperative to both work hard and smart but does it really get us anywhere? How about those conniving politicians who seem to be raking in dollar after dollar just from bribes alone?

Instead of going to your place of worship next week, could you take one day and devote it to your fellow man? Go out and help someone who really needs it, volunteer at a shelter, give out food to the homeless, take the money you would have given the collection plate and offer it to someone who needs it more. Make an effort to change things, instead of just talking about it and be your brothers keeper. Can anyone oblige?

Many of you keep saying that there is some ongoing "debate" in the scientific community with regards to Evolution.
Let me educate you, there is NO such debate. None.
Evolution is an established scientific fact.
Here is a list for you;
http://www.natcenscied.org/resources/articles/5945_the_faqs_2_16_2003.asp
That is a list of scientists that, of course, agree that Evolution is a fact. The funny thing? All of thier first names are Steve.
So, if that many acredited scientists with the SAME first name accept the reality of Evolution, how many more do you think we have on ourside?
The fact is, the only "scientists" that say otherwise are charlatans like Ken Hovind, who's "diploma" was bought from an online diploma mill. Here is an interesting link about your "Dr." Hovind;
http://www.pensacolanewsjournal.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060718/NEWS01/607180319/1006
So you see, no acredited scientist refutes the facts of Evolution. That's merely another creationist fantasy.

its not me who approved that but this theory was proved by a modern scientist........if you dont believe me make a search in yahoo or google about this subject and see the results...!
Muslim people,including me,already know this as it was written in the Holy Quran and our prophet said it............the strong magnetic field in Mekka is also one of the reasons why the supply of zamzam water(holy water for muslims)never ends, as water is drawn from all over the world...............and Muhammad(pbuh)said that supply of water in Mekkah would never end......
i want to know what you feel about that whether you are a muslim or not...!
Serious answers only please...!

I have a problem with atheism. I don't subscribe to any organized religion, but I have trouble comprehending how a human can't can believe in some sort of creationist theory. I'm a big Descartes fan and I agree with him stalwartly.

People can only know creation. That is, people are created by other people. Everyday we create things, be it computers, farms, or ideas in our heads. Everything is created by something. There is no spontaneous generation of life, where life just appears from nowhere!

Like a frog in a pond that can't comprehend an existence outside of the pond, how can we as humans comprehend non-creation, or being nothingness? We have no capacity to understand the "popping in and out of existence" idea that athiests subscribe to, right? Life MUST have been created by something because we can't know 'nothing' because 'nothingness' doesn't exist in our reality. Can an athiest counter this argument for me?

Full House is a wholesome and delightful show for the whole family. However often when I watch it, I become extremely aroused. I often fantasize about Uncle Jesse and Uncle Joey making sweet man-love on the kitchen table and Bob Saget giving Kimmy Gibbler some Arabian Goggles. Is this harmless fantasy or should I be ashamed for erotisicing America's favorite TV family?
PS: Don't judge me. You know you think the same way.

If number of people living in the world is growing, then it comes that souls are proceating too, ain't it so? And I think this proposition denies the possibility of transmigration. So how would you defend your beliefs?

Shouldn’t their actions and words be evidence enough?

Is it because, deep down some know that they aren’t behaving as God instructed them, and thus need to remind everyone of their “saved” status lest they forget? I’m only asking because a lot of the questions on Y!A have, “I’m a Christian…” in the subject and while actually speaking to a Christian, they’ll inevitably tell you as well. No flames, this is an honest question that has been bugging me for years.
