Human thoughts give birth to "Evil".
Evil is highly contageous,it sucks the life out of a person walking on the path of righteousness.

Evil.
Take and write it on a piece of paper. Hold it up to a mirror. It looks like Live--almost. I guess that evil is against life.
Jesus said that evil comes from within.
It proceeds from the spirit and comes out your mouth and in your actions.
If we are honest with ourselves, we know that there is something wrong.
Men have been doing wrong from forever.
I have no idea as to how a person could effect his or her own change. This I tell you because I realize the fact of the problem.
There have been wars, thefts, murders , grabbing, even your own thoughts, if you are honest enough to realize that they are perverted.
This is why I say that a person is a sinner and needs a Savior.
You can't do it on your own.
That Savior being Jesus.
The simplicity is the Believing. Belief, Faith, not a works program.
This is the best I could do with the question.

Evil is in the man's soul. The soul controls all emotions, concepts etc. So I guess you could say the mind. This will never happen. Evil will always be in the human being, thus with Christianity you are asking for the cleansing of the mind, body, and spirit and a peaceful attitude.

I don't think the world is evil - but I do think that the world can be very cruel. nature is notoriously cruel as well.
Baby animals get eaten right in front of their mothers.
Sick animals get left to die by the other animals in their pack when they become weak.
Out of a litter of offspring, not all survive.
When there is a shortage of food, animals of the same species will eat each other etc...
And those are just a few examples.
Furthermore, just as there is murder in a human society - the same exists in nature, like when two bears fight for the right to mate with a female.
Yes, it is true that humans have a larger capacity for evil and cruelty because we have the ability of abstract thought.
We also have the ability to make tools - many of which are used to kill each other.
I believe true human evil is in the heart not the mind.

Evil isn't in the mind, it's in the heart. Actions that can be called evil by one are not always evil to another, it's a matter of perspective. To affect change we need to start doing it. It's as simple as that. People follow when someone can set a good example.

I would disagree with the words, but not the sentiment. When a lion kills an antelope, that's not really "good" for the antelope, nor very harmonious.
However, nature relies quite heavily on Balance.

God created the universe and selected human beings as the only creature whom God will adress and speak and the only one who will be take an exam of eartly life; human will be awarded or punished according to their relation with God So, of course universe is in harmony exept human she/he is in the exam in this life To be able to examined there must be at least 2 choices good way and bad way God send messages to human kind by human messengers(prophets) and the enemy of human, evil , try to lead human kind to the bad way. As we cannot see the radiowaves, or magnetic areas but they affect us, we do not see evil but it always try to effect us It has no power to force us but it always try to show the bad way as good and attractive Peace be upon you

Yes, evil is in our minds, and this is why we need Jesus and the Bible.
The first Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court said that man can not make a law that would stop crime, because crimes start in (the mind) of people. Only Jesus can condemn these crimes and stop them before they become outward crimes.
