There's a Russian letter that looks like a back-to-front 3 ... or there's a Greek letter that looks like a 3 on it's back ω and a weird squiggly one ξ. Don't know if you can SEE those Greek letters or not, but the 3 on it's back looks like a rounded w, and the squiggly one is like a back-to-front 3 with an extra line at the top and an extra curl at the bottom...

I don't understand your question, because an "upsidedown" 3 is still a 3.
