I will b the 1st to answer my own question. I had a job pa by commission. I had to sell credit card terminals to businesses ( or at least try to). I never made one sale!!! It was the worst job ever!!

I mean, I think its dumb. People say they have lived in a past life...but they have no recollection of it at all. Oh wait, I forgot about dreaming. They say when they dream, they are remembering their past life.

No offense, but I don't believe in it at all. I'd just like to ask...Why do other people believe it?

I know Mr G said he was a christian, a jew, a muslim and a Hindu... but really - he couldn't have genuinely believed in all 4 seeing as they all contradict (and I've read the Bible, the Qu'ran, the Bhagavad Gita and other Hindu texts so don't tell me they don't).

Just wanted to get some opinions from the Y! A Religion and Spirituality people.

I am a christian and I am sure there are atheists, pagans, wiccans, muslims, buddists, and more I just can't think if the names. Lets all say something positve to each other. We're all human and sitting at our computer (probably having our coffee). I'll start- I am learning alot about how others see life. I still think all of you have a plan for your life and you are on your journey. I hope today something nice happens that you didn't expect.

several dates and then decide. I am 33 years old and she says that 'we need to hold up our heads high' in our community. I have met a couple of people her way and also chatted online my way. I don't trust any man. I know I will be let down. I want childdren but i don't think I could handle a man in my life full time. My mum wants me to marry an Indian but I prefer white men. the problem with investing in a realtionship (i.e dating) is that there is no gurantee he will marry me..I could be dumped and as my whole family expect me to have a semi arranged marriage I am unsure what to do. there are a lot of Asain speed Dating services but my mother wants him to be of a specific place of origin in india and not a low caste. I have also done a lot of bad things in my own past and it seems an automatic reaction now to say 'noone will like me'. I comfort eat , abuse online slimming pills,benzos, am a size 16 and unsure what to do?

the pope telling people not to use condoms, which make aids grow on this planet, people fighting over 'holy land', homosexuals being condemned for loving others people, catholics and protestants at war in Ireland, missionaries handing out bibles to starving children

versus

the good deeds the churches undoubtably do for the poor, giving morals to people who need it, giving comfort to lots of people about where they go when they die and how they live.

is God worth it?
