ok, I beleive in god, AND Evolution, in the fact, that god created all, but who said in the bible, that 7 days was actually 7 days, meaning 1 day being 24 hours....Since they didnt have a system of time a long time ago, who said 1 day isnt 100 Billion Years....just enough time for the surface of the earth to become habitable...
The fact we are from monkeys is kinda 1/2 and 1/2.... Survivil of the fittist in that case...
how can you not see evolution happing now, this very time period...people are getting taller, stronger, faster....Girls are devolping faster and younger, boys the ssame way....its evoloution, each generation is more "evoloved"
and sorry for my spelling

Both are possible! One does not exclude the other. We will just have to wait and see!

God
Theories developed evolution... theories can prove right or wrong. God has existed since even before mankind. Some people believe that evolution is the way... but a man evolving from some monkey doesn't make that much sense. If so, then human will evolove in the next generations to become something more superior than the normal human beings of today... not gonna happen.

Evolution without God in a Universe that we know is finite in size, means we must accept a great improbability has happened. If we knew the universe was infinite in size, then all improbabilities would happen. The conclusion of all reputable physicists is that the universe is finite.
God without evolution contradicts a lot of empirical science. If we can casually drop empirical evidence, then we can't have confidence in other theories that are based only on empirical science. Like chemical reactions.
Niether God or evolution has the same issue with empirical science.
God and evolution requires us to stop applying our way of thinking to the way God might operate. Any time someone says, "God is . . . " or "God did . . . " they are putting limits on what God is or was. Since we probably can't think of an omnipotent being in any way that doesn't limit that being, this is my favorite. God may have guided. God may have put things in motion. God may have gotten out of the way.

There is this book called the Bible.......God is in it-evolution is not. Some people came up with this idea of evolution about 180ya, because they did not want to serve their king. The Bible taught that they should obey their king, and they did not like it. So, they set out to destroy the Bible. The first thing they attacked was creation. Well, they did not have any proof-so they went out looking for it. Well, they are still looking. The sad part is that they have erected the false idea of evolution. They have to keep building on it because science proves it wrong, so they just keep expanding this foolish notion more and more. Now there are thousands of otherwise brilliant men and women writing thesis and dissertations on missing links every year. They do not have even one yet. They have tons of probabilities and postulations and assumptions-but, no proof yet.

Evolution and God are both possible. However I do not see adequate proof that we evolved from monkeys. Would the evedence be enough to proove it in a court of law? I do believe that we are spiritualy evolving and I see evidence of that. I know that I am evolving as proceed through life while all the while my body is degeneratin. It is a good topic if we could just get past the disagreements we could see much more truth on both sides of the issue. Truth has to many sides to try to put it in a box and say this is right and this is wrong. There are many truths on both sides of this issue.

actually yea, both did happen. God went hmmm.....ok ok, how about THIS! Zhhaaapp!! and then poof a weird looking lizard appeared on earth. Then God thought to himself and saw all the problems the lizard was having. God then had the Great (or so he calls it, I think he's just being lazy) idea of allowing things to evolve so he wouldn't have to keep changing them and they could just help themselves. Thus everything on earth evolves....kinda. That is pretty much how it happened......except it wasn't exactly a lizard that God created first, I just used it as an example because the actual first thing he created would take way too long in itself to explain, but my example capture the jist of it. Hope you are more knowledgeable now.

EVOLUTION
The introduction to Genesis and to the whole Bible ascribes everything to the living God, creating, making, acting, moving, and speaking. There is no room for evolution without a flat denial of Divine revelation. One must be true the other false. All of God’s works are good, great, wondrous, and perfect.
Man starts from nothing. He begins in helplessness, ignorance, and inexperience. All his works, therefore, proceed on the principle of evolution. This principle is only seen in human affairs: from the hut to the palace; from the canoe to the ocean liner; from the spade to the plowshare to machines. But the birds build their nests today as at the beginning. There is growth and development within man, but no passing, change, or evolution out from one into another.
For this theory or fallacy of evolution to be true there would be evident stages of evolution today. You would be able to find species in many stages of evolution in nature right now. For this theory or fallacy of evolution to be true there would be no God. And that’s exactly what evolutionists believe and are trying prove. The evolutionist bases his or her conclusions on human assumptions and reasoning, instead of on the documentary evidence of the manuscripts.

I do believe in God but who knows how long a day is for God...he could have created Adam and Eve through evolution over thousands of years and that would have been considered a day for Him....though I think God created Adam and Eve more quickly than evolution happened...

If you are asking which created the earth, than God. Studying all that had to happen to make this earth even habitable by life, let along complex beings, makes me realize that there must be a Creator God that made everything just so.
Even more importantly for me is that the Bible says that "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." That's the final word!

I am leaning towards evolution, I don't believe in god for the simple fact that there is no proof, none, whatsoever, true enough there is no real proof of evolution either but it just seems more tangeable because man is around to explain it or try their best to, nobody could even begin to explain to me god, or try to for that matter, I'd have a deaf ear for it anyways

There was always energy. When that energy became aware of itself it reached out and wanted to expand. Many things happened. In an evolutionary way. All living things are made of that conscious energy. It has evolved so that it could learn and grow through experience. I Am Becoming! God is becoming! The only way to truly learn something is through experience. God experiences every interaction that every living thing ever goes through in it's life cycle.
