eye for an eye, 3000 philistines for 2 eyes, justice? let the lord's will be done? or sin.

I read it and I think he acted alone, he asked for God's blessing but I don't read where God granted him any sort of permission.

I don't care if she is as sick as they come. She is going to be in a mental institution the rest of her life. Our tax dollars are going to be going in part to feed and house that sick f*ck! She should have got the death penalty. Even if she died by lethal injection or the gas chamber OR the electric chair, it would still be more humane than what she did to those innocent babies! If she was really sorry for what she did, she would want to die anyway. Anyone that hurts a child, whether they are "crazy"(hah!) or not, should die!

In the church we always praise the LORD Jesus Christ. However, there is a possibility of the others in the church and sometimes including the pastor, worshipping the devil or associating the congregation in devil worshipping wothout their knowledge. How can somebody notice the difference.I mean, what are the signs that devil worshipping is being practised.Name some of the signs or things that may be associated with devil worshipping in the church of God.The fact that the church people are praying, talking ,saying in the name of Jesus does not mean that they are not worshipping baal or satan or the devil. Please deliberate spiritually on this issue and do not relagate it.I am A Kenyan born again christian,a lover of Jesus Christ our Lord.I therefore need a spiritual and inspiring explanation for this issue.Thank you and God bless you. Please detail your answer.

atheists seem to like it (although there are probably lots of people who generally love mythology who like it, and perhaps a few of faith...)

...whilst those who so strongly believe in god, and have a strong eg xtian conviction, and think their's is the one true god, don't seem to like http://www.godchecker.com

why is this?

I'm just asking out of curiousity, but why is it that when a person has made an error in judgment, they will blame alcohol instead of just the poor judgment? Why not just say, "Yes, I did that. I wish I didn't, but I did. And now, I have to face the consequences?" Why use alcohol as the scapegoat?

Another thing I'm curious about is why people say they were so drunk they don't remember what happened the night before? To me, if you remember that you were drunk, you remember the actions you took.

Is it possible for alcohol to cause selective memory? If not, why do people blame the alcohol for their mistakes?

Are you afraid of a vengeful God? I'm talking old testament just mean and nasty, a plague on all your houses, 40 days of rain to kill everything God? Or is God more like Jesus in the new testament, a nice guy who only wants you to say sorry when you did something bad so you can go to heaven? Seems to me that God and His Son are not quite on the same page. Of course it could be as the Catholics preach that they are one and the same, but this throws me for a curve. Did God get more mature, maybe grow up a little? What made Him angry no more? I thought He was perfect, why the change?

All religions judge and condemn us due to the rules of modern society; stealing, murder, adultery and so on. But what about the people who lived before society, when there was nothing to steal, or no reason to kill?

It's so inconsiderate! Sometimes, when I'm in a public place reading, people will approach me and talk to me. And don't get me wrong. I appreciate the fact that they went out of their way to speak to me, but don't you think it should be obvious to them that I don't want to be bothered while I'm reading?

I was hurt while working at the Post office carrying the mail almost 5 years ago. Today i finaly have my hearing on this issue. My lawyer and all of the doctors i have been sent too all say for me not too worry because i am fully disabled and they have to pay for me being hurt on the job. Yet i am still scared as i have seen with my own eye's how they treat goverment employees and veterans of which i am both and i know that the possibility still exist that they could drag this out forever and mess up my already limited life. So i ask you all would you please pray for me?

there's enough physical fundamentalism in the world without adding more on the basis of faith, no?

for example, the laws of thermodynamics are fundamental to the world

shouldn't we be grateful that the only fundamentals, really, in the world, are all physical ones, and the rest is left up to us?

i'm grateful there's a bit of room left for me to navigate an individualistic journey through my life

this is one of the reasons why i am put off by religious fundamentalism, that their's is the one true god, and their religion is the ONLY way of life etc etc

i just don't see that there is any need for such extra fundamentalism. we already have enough to contend with in the natural physical world, such as it takes 14 hours for me to fly to london, damnit! damn physics!!!

i think this site, godchecker:

http://www.godchecker.com/
Godchecker.com - Your Guide To The Gods. Mythology with a twist!

gives a strong basis for my idea, since if there WERE one true god, there would not be around 2000 gods from all around the world on there, there would only have to be one god, one religion.

from their definition of the Holy Trinity? And what do you think about the head of the Episcopalian church claiming that homosexual sex is not a sin anymore?

I think it's a result of the slippery slope of Protestantism. How about you?

God the Father, The One,The Supreme Being, The Author, Actor and Audiance of All has implied directly and through intermediaries that he is a man currently living on this planet. He tells everyone this.

You and you alone are responsible for all the decisions you make. If you make bad decisions, bad things will happen. If you make good decisions, bad things will still happen. But, not as many as when you make bad decisions. In life: You will head in the direction that you are looking and you will get good at what you practice. If you wish to change your life you must change where you look and you must change what you practice. If you don't have something to change to, you will fall back into old habits. What you practice must be effective and efficient in taking you in the direction that you are looking. The best for all is then is to look for good things to happen and practice being good.

If you now had the oppurtunity to say or ask one sentance to him. What would it be?
