What are your thoughts on God's sense of humor? If we are made in His image, then surely he must have one, right? Just what does He think is funny?

I once had a lame booty call I never should have answered to begin with skip out on me in the middle of everything because his back cramped up.
That was the moment I knew, God thinks God is funny.

You know he had to have one. LOL. Look at all the people on earth and honestly tell me he didn't have a sense of humor. I know my Gods have a sense of humor. Some of them also drink a lot.

I think God's sense of humor is proven just by some of the questions on this board. Also by giraffes. They're so goofy looking. Silly little giraffes. Also I like the line "If you want to hear God laugh tell him your plans"

He does have a sense of humor, just look at the duck-billed platypus :) Really, He does have a sense of humor, but it's hard to explain.

A long time ago I was walking on the beach and I asked myself this question. If god was alive and well and walking around on this planet what would he be doing to enjoy himself right now? In a flash of light the answer came to me and it was the funniest most hilarious thing to me at the time because the joke was on me. Gods answer: He would be walking on the beach asking himself "If god was alive and well and walking around on this planet what would he be doing to enjoy himself right now?" At which point I exploded "big bang" and became everything, everywhere and every when which was the funniest most hilarious time of life. And it is still going on. I am still laughing, in between all the tears I cry.

well he created sense of humor, so He must have one. I bet He thinks alot of things are funny, like monkeys with red butts and stuff.. i dont know. He's just awesome.

i believe he has a wonderful sense of humour and probably laughs at many things we say " in his name "
have a read at Conversations With God by Neale Donald Walsh as it talks about this in depth and is such a fantastic book , whether you believe god is speaking through the book or not is a different matter but it gives a lot of insight and a new look at what god may be like

I'm sure he does. Just like any other parent when their child does something. He probably be up there watching us and when we do something he stupid he be talking to Jesus like "Look, at your sister...now I done told her over and over again to stop doing that but yet she still keep doing...but she'll learn her lesson when I take off my belt and give her a good licking...oh yeah she'll learn, she got one more chance." I know I done got whooped a couple of times by God but I learned and detered from that behavior. Made me a better person. Thank you Lord!!
