I started a job with a health foundation it took 4 weeks to get in after testing and backgroundcheck, 3 additional weeks before my first paycheck. Total of 7 weeks with no money. A employee talked about my shoes to the supervisor I had slip on's but they covered my feet. She took it to the manager who the day before critisized my jeans they are newer jeans with flower embroidered on one side. The best of my clothes. He started telling me that there was a dress code. I was in orientation for two days they told us no sandles. I was embarrased and told them why couldnt they wait until I received my first paycheck to start critizing my clothes I told them that I was poor. And i also said that I did not need this **** put the badge on the desk on walked out. This job was only until dec and no benefits. But I took it anyways to make money and hopefully get a good reference. Were they right in making me feel humiliated? both dress very nice and have money well they work full time.

What can my people do when suicide bombers prowl their streets dressed as rabbis and students...looking for innocents to destroy....? School yards are not safe from this insanity and young girls are prime targets. Our inocents were hauled in cattle cars by the millions to gas chambers. What will we do now ? We will fight and we will prevail for our own sake. If the story of Masada is true..it will be true no more. How long can you tolerate rockets crashing into your neighborhood and killing people. No longer. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and the precious jewish people. Pray for arabic women and children caught in the middle. How beautiful are you my Israel...my people..my homeland ? More beautiful than the moon. Hashem has blessed you 4ever.

I was just reading a question about halloween, and people were saying they don't celebrate it becasue it orginates from a pagan tradtion thing, and that makes it wictchcraft. But is there even such a thing as witchcraft? Isn't it evil to believe in it?

According to one of these answers there is stuff in the Bible that is wrong. This person references Chapter 21 of Leviticus for example of something he says that is wrong.

Is the Bible the word for word of God, or just stuff that's God inspired. What else is wrong? If it is inspired, and that part of it is wrong, what else is wrong, is the part of homosexuality being a sin is that wrong too?

Do I have to think for myself? Can't God just send a prophet or talk to a prophet and give them his word for word instructions?

Better yet, would it be possible for God to call me or email me with instructions?

God, we pray, send me some instructions please that aren't wrong.

i know everyone is going to say the bible says everything, and say how its true , but there are millions of books in the world and does that mean its true?

It was made hundreads of years ago havent you religious people ever considered one day long ago some person was bored and wanted to make a book with a bunch of rules in it , and wrote fake stories?

Do we have any proff any of it really happened? besideds what writen on paper?

People say god created everything
why cant they accept the world was created by big astrod? its living proff that they do exsist, has anyone ever seen god?

why does he demand every boy be circumsized but he makes them born with forskin?

The Ten Commandments offer a basic and reasonable morality that certainly has out-lasted the test of time very well; however, they are all but lost to a great number of our world population because of the obvious connections and overtones of their religeous origin, as a deliverance to Moses from God. Even the word "Commandment" in the title has its short commings - nobody likes the feeling of being being subjgated and under command.

Do you think that rewording the expressed meaning of the Ten Commandments into a more modern and secular form would help to spread its powerfully good intenions through the world for the betterment of all mankind?

Would you be opposed to a renaming of the title to something on the order of, "The ten basic rules of reasonable public behavior" ?

Please offer your input in as positive a fashion as you are able. (i.e., please consider the individual commandments as you decide and write your answer.) and offer your ideas on possible pitfalls. Thanks.
