If Christians believe the New Testament over rules the Old Testament, for example it’s OK to eat pork, then why do they want the 10 Commandments in every courthouse? If they are part of the Old Testament do they still count?

If the Old Testament is no longer valid, why to they continue to quote Leviticus to beat up gays, but then they eat Pork BBQ and work on the Sabbath? (Working on the Sabath is a death penalty offence in Leviticus; I wonder what that means for NASCAR and the NFL? Aren’t they working?

me and my fiance have been together for over 2 years and have a beautiful baby boy. We both believe in God, and would like to go back to church so that our son can come to believe in God also. Would the church communtiy look at our relationship as a sin because we have a son outside of marriage? I wouldn't want to go to church and be critisized for our decisions.

I had a bad injury my junior year and lost a lot of my memories before that. I remember my senior year and are still good friends with those people. I just don't want to be rude to anyone because I don't rember their names or that they even went to the same school as me. I know they all know about my injury but I just don't want to be rude.

I am a 16 year old gay teen and I think that I am ready to start dating soon. After I come out to other people of course. But most people don't see me as gay because I'm not effeminate and I don't wear my sexuality on my sleeve. Where can I meet other poeple (not on-line) for support, friendship and maybe even a date somewhere in the future?

i know the preacher's a good man and i believe he's saved. but he was preaching about how the saved is mixing with the unsaved and becoming worldly just like them. he said when he was young the whites couldn't stand it that the blacks were allowed to start going in the same places as them. then he said, but it happened, now they got mixed marriages. then he said, now i'm not here to throw stones at it.
do you see it as him comparing mixed marriages to saved people mixing with the unsaved. do you think he's saying mixed marriages is wrong? because God has no respect of people, and if mixed marriages was so wrong, then why did God strike Moses' sister miriam with leporsy for making fun of Moses' mixed marriage (King James Version Bible The Book Of Numbers 12:1-16)

Muslims believe that Judaism came first and people corrupted it so there was Christianity and it was corrupted and so there was Islam. Did you notice how similar the words in the Bible (revelation) and the Qur'an are? The Nag Hammadi library also largely coincides with the Qur'an.

So if a women is good enough to spread his word why is she not good enough to share it as the leader of the church.... I just don't get it.....

He is a gorgeous primordial Man...but he didnt spring from primal pools..Hes dancing over them.. His shining face is reflecting in the wild ocean. His faces are multiple...which one should I kiss first ?
His laughter makes the waters ripple and my inner belly overflow with smiles and wisdom. He was there from the beginning and the creatures all know His Name. He kissed me and then made the misty moon...and asked me what my favorite color was....then he painted it a pale blue. Should I dance with Him ? He who made the moon ? He held up to me a mirror and told me to look inside. My heart flowed out mystic words...and I asked Him , " whats your precious name ? " He said something like " Yehoshua ".....it was such a cryptic language...His words sounded like a river..You guys, should I marry Him ? His face is so beautiful. it looks like he was once dead. Now not....He didnt leap from a primal pool...He rose from a tomb. Will you guys come to my wedding ? please ?
