No it is not complete, a trans-gender cannot have ovaries and produce eggs, nor have a womb and the crimson tide, The transformation is more cosmetic and helps in completing the emotional woman into a physical woman, but at this present time(future a possibility) it is impossible for a trans-gender to conceive a child.

Transgenders are truly women from birth, just trapped in a man's body, but the chromosomes of females. I don't understand it completely, but I sympathize with the struggle they go through, as God would want us to, and I am happy for them when they do make this transformation and the burden they carry is lifted as with any burden any human carries.

Transsexual pregnancy, like male pregnancy, has been limited to the realms of speculation, science fiction and comedy as the phenomenon would be a biological impossibility under traditional circumstances. Due to advances in modern medicine the concept is generally considered possible, but both the risks and the chances of success are still at foolhardy levels.

Male-to-Female transsexuals, like men, lack a womb, so for a transsexual pregnancy to occur, alternative measures have to be made. Ectopic pregnancy is a given, and fertilization would be done in vitro by implantation into the abdominal cavity. Since most male-to-female (MtF) transsexuals take various form of estrogen to induce female secondary sex characteristics, the hormonal balance in the transsexuals body would be adequate for carriying and nurturing a fetus. Several advances in stem cell technology have made it possible for male mammals to produce eggs. Scientists have found a way to mass produce eggs from embryos, even male embryos. Reported in the journal Science, the work shows that, even outside the body, embryonic stem cells remain "totipotent," that is capable of generating any of the body's tissues, according to Prof Hans Scholer. Being that males (and MtF transsexuals) have one X chromosome, the sex chromosome possessed by women, they can make eggs. The resulting children from the male/transsexual female couple would be the biological children of the couple.

No pregnancy. No doctor transplants the entirety of the organs. Complete is relative; maybe they think so more than we do. I certainly wouldn't call it cosmetic. It's listed in the DSM-IV as GID, it's a real psychological need for them to find congruity with their mental gender.

Sugarpine25 said "No hormone pills can accurately simulate pregnancy." Then what is birth control? ;) Over a quarter of the US female population is estimated to be on them, eh?

No--they would need a uterus, ovaries, ovuales, an ovarian tube, etc. Gender transformation is not a complete process. Can you imagine the dangers of that? The liabilities? Oh man...

To mashiah48901,
Does your bible say what should be done with the inter-sexed or as it used to be called "Hermaphrodite". Should we kill them at birth because we don't know there gender. Being transgendered is the same type of situation.
If you were born without legs would your religion prevent you from getting prostheses.
Unless you were cloned, you are not one hundred percent female.

No, transgenders are lacking all kinds of biology of the sex they're trying to emulate. Hormones, organs, etc. Without the right hormone combinations and organs (uterus, ovaries), pregnancy cannot occur. No hormone pills can accurately simulate pregnancy.

A male never BECOMES a female. God created us, males and females, and He did not make us to have interchangeable parts.
