I had a bad injury my junior year and lost a lot of my memories before that. I remember my senior year and are still good friends with those people. I just don't want to be rude to anyone because I don't rember their names or that they even went to the same school as me. I know they all know about my injury but I just don't want to be rude.

Set aside your fears. The ten-year reunion is the best reunion of them all. For one thing, it will be the best attended of the reunions. Second, you get automatic 'slack' because of your
injury. Hell, I can't remember what happened to me yesterday!
Just go, have a few, and if the moment moves you, tell that guy you had a secret crush on in high school, hey, you're still cute!
Have fun. Sincerely, UC Steve.

You will not be rude if you sincerely say, (I am so sorry, I don't have any memories of people or events that happened before the injury. Could you give me your name? -or- tell me, I'd love to hear about it!)
You could stay with a friend/class mate who knows everyone and they could tell you names as a person is walking up to you.
Go you will have a great time and will make NEW MEMORIES!

It will be fun, go have a great time and reminisce. You might learn about things you don't recall, I don't think anyone will think you are rude. After all most people don't remember names with or without any injury. Have fun!!

Since they know about your injury, they would probably help you out and introduce themselves and fill in your gaps. People have matured probably. Hey, think how awkward it is for others, like one of my friends who had to go to her reunion, when in the meantime past graduation, she dated almost every guy from her class.
