I went to church this morning and I actually did not enjoy myself. Normally after church I feel very blessed and high on life and God. But today I still feel just....blah. Has ever happened to anyone else?

Bono had a question about stopping poverty in africa. Instead of people just goin around handing out money like its candy to poor kids, whats stopping us from pooling together, and just buying it.
Maybe we could trade a couple packs of skittles, and some gum for Namibia? Lets send the all the farmers here to grow all Americas food in Africa on a much larger scale. We could have all of Africa growing our corn! They would have food!

This question came from the case of Dena Schlosser(the lady that cut off her baby's arms because she claimed God asked her to.) If God asked you to sacrifice your child would you do it? What if God told you, you didnt have to sacrifice your own kid, but give up your most priced possesion(superficial or nonsuperficial) instead? What would that possession be? Remember its to prove your Devotion to God.

My boss is self-centered and doesn't do any work at all, yet thinks he's doing a great job but is so arrogant has no clue what is really going on....a new co-worker has come in and her goal is to change our workplace to the way "she" thinks it ought to be. She does it by finding fault with how we do everything. She makes comments in a nice way, but mostly the comments are very degrading and insulting. It is very stressful dealing with a lazy boss and a co-worker who has only been on a job a very short time, but thinks she can tell us what she thinks we need to be doing and how it should be done. I love my job, but make a very low salary, and now I have to put up with these two. Any ideas short of finding a new job.

theres always a different side to every question and its a non going list of sides so why ask questions that have so many awnsers that are neither wrong or right. people view religion in many ways they are either with it against it with it and braking the rules out to stop it, dont care about it and always changing their religion, but why ask a question with no one awnser expecting an to get all these answers and look only for the ones you like. whats the point.

Does it make sence? If I feel murder is wrong as does my fellow man in Asia, how can it be that we both KNOW its wrong? All of us know its wrong, but when exceptions arise(physcopaths), we ALL think that persons wrong.

So basically HIV is a ARTIFICIAL virus made to kill alot of people because of the over population of the world. there are 6 billion people on earth and the earth is becoming over-populated so they want to kill the population with HIV.

Just because not every "transitional species" left fossil evidence behind doesn't mean we can't see the overall "story" and process of evolution.

If you get enough frames of a movie in the right order, you'd still be able to follow the story based on knowing where you started from and what it led to.

It seems like everyone using the Missing Link arguement to try to disprove evolution should piece together all the non-missing Links and watch that movie.
